Used the cafe on May 26, 2024. Used Yoshino Park while returning home. There was an announcement inside the park, and when I went to the cafe, I was asked, ``Do you want to tour? Is this a cafe?'' I also asked, ``? Tour?'' 😁 It was the 1st anniversary of Glamping, and I was told that I could tour the facility, so before I went to have some tea. It was shown to me! The users seem to be half from within the prefecture and half from outside the prefecture. All the staff are smiling and the customer service is perfect. Please do your best to serve customers with confidence. The price is not cheap, so I don't think I would choose a room with just a shower. It's a pity that it's not a hot spring since it's Kagoshima.It's inside Yoshino Park, so an early morning walk would be a luxury to have privately.We were guided carefully. I'll include it for reference.

I used it when I returned to Kagoshima from Kanto in April.It was raining, so we couldn't have a barbecue outside.The staff gave us umbrellas even in the rain and helped us move our luggage.I could see a little of Sakurajima, but I hope I can use it again on a sunny day next time.We also had a 0-year-old child, so they provided us with a bouncer, table chairs, baby food tableware, etc., which was great.On the way home, everyone came out in the rain to see us off. I was happy. It was a memorable experience in Kagoshima.I want to go again.

I used it during Golden Week.The staff were all very pleasant and very kind.Overall, the atmosphere of the facility was good and the room was comfortable.The food was also delicious.If I had to force it, I would say that even the behind-the-scenes staff who are not primarily responsible for customer service (perhaps they are mainly responsible for cleaning the rooms, etc.) should be aware that they are being watched by the customers, and should actively greet and talk to them. I think if you take care of it, it will become a better facility.Since I stayed for several nights and stayed for a long time, there was a time when I became concerned about such things.

Glamping in Yoshino ParkUsed by my familyAll the staff were smiling and welcoming. I'm an employee of Tropical Bus 🚌, so I felt a little unfamiliar, but it was a pleasant stay.The food is mainly meat dishes and will fill you up.In one word, it's a shame😅The service and food are one step further.If you're aiming to attract inbound visitors from outside the prefecture or abroad, it would be better to have younger staff serving customers and have well-balanced food🍳.You could also enjoy coffee and alcohol prepared outside.Also, I was concerned about the smell of rubber in the tent.I'm rooting for yougo for it!

It was really good.I have a strong impression that glamping is expensive, and I thought it was expensive until I went there.I used it during Golden Week 5/3-5/4, and the price was 31,000 yen for adults✖️2.I entered the child's meals and bedding on the travel reservation site, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I entered 0 yen for 2 infants, no bedding, no meals.When I went there, I was given a welcome drink in anticipation of children coming, and beds for a family of four were prepared.A set of children's eating utensils and orange juice were prepared for breakfast.Even though we had the option of having a bonfire at night, s'mores ✖️2, and having hakama rice with our meal, the final cost was around 65,000 yen.I don't think it was cheap by any means, but considering the labor costs of the people who worked there, the costs of the ingredients prepared, the environment and equipment costs, etc., I could say that it was cheap after paying.We didn't have a TV, but there was a Bluetooth speaker, so I was able to play music from my smartphone while being away from everyday life, and I couldn't hear outside sounds inside the building, so it was great for refreshing myself.The natural and extraordinary experience that can be enjoyed within 30 minutes from the center of Kagoshima city was the best.

“Beautiful nature, best service”I visited in April when the cherry blossoms were about to fall.Located in Yoshino Park, it is a very attractive place with fresh air from the highlands and a view of Mt. Sakurajima. Another reason to recommend this place is that you can leisurely explore the beautiful and clean Yoshino Park. The facilities, amenities, and meals were all excellent, comparable to that of a luxury resort. As a traveler, I was very satisfied with the details that sought to capture the values of Kagoshima rather than simply pursuing luxury.Above all, what I was most satisfied with was the service of the staff. During my stay here, I have never seen a smile leave the staff's faces. I was able to rest comfortably thanks to their warm smiles and their kindness in always taking care of any inconveniences.What I remember is that there was a fireworks display in downtown Kagoshima that day, and the staff checked to see if the fireworks could be seen from the observatory and took us to the observatory by cart. Sakurajima and the sea at night, the twinkling stars and moon, and the fireworks displaying the beautiful night view of Kagoshima City became a sight I would never forget in my life. And when we came back, we enjoyed a campfire, and I was very touched to see “Enjoy your meal” written in Korean on the marshmallow of the s’mores set we ordered. (That’s right, I’m Korean.)If the staff reads this review, I would like to tell them that it was a most enjoyable trip thanks to them. スタッフの皆さん、The original form is like this.I highly recommend it to others who are thinking about visiting.
