There was a washing machine which was very convenient. The room had 5 beds and was comfortable.

When checking in, you have to enter information for each person (for the number of guests) on a tablet, which is a bit troublesome, but I think it's a good thing these days because you don't have to interact with the staff. There is a parking space near the entrance, and you can take your luggage in and out, but basically you have to park in a nearby parking lot (there are plenty of parking spaces nearby), so it can be difficult to park as it is along the road! The room is large and soil is prohibited, so it's safe to bring children. I can't hear any outside noise or sounds from other rooms. You can watch YouTube or Netflix on TV. There is also a washing machine and detergent. If you have children, you may want to put the beds together, but the beds are not movable, so you can't put them together, which is also mentioned in the warning. There was a bit of pink mold in the bathroom, so I think it would be better if it was cleaned a little more thoroughly. Also, the cushion may not be washable, but it does have a strange smell...There were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I would like to use it again if I have a chance

The location was within walking distance from the central station and the rooms were very good value for money.However, checkout is a bit quick and non-face-to-face, so it may be a little confusing.

The refrigerator was not cleaned and contained food from the previous guest downstairs, as well as many stains, so I did not use the refrigerator during my stay. The carpet was not swept and the tabletop was covered in dust. Because I was staying with a child, I felt particularly uncomfortable. I felt that this environment was not suitable for children. I reported it to the person in charge, but the person in charge failed to arrange cleaning in time. I stayed in this dirty environment for several days.

I booked a triple room through Agoda. I received the check-in instructions and door password about two days before check-in. After entering, I used the self-service check-in method (Chinese optional). After completing the check-in, I will know my room number and password. . The location is right next to Kagoshima Chuo Station and there are many restaurants, supermarkets and supermarkets within walking distance nearby. The triple room is relatively small and you have to move some furniture a little to spread out your luggage, but the facilities and tableware are all the same. Everything is available. The TV has internet capabilities and can accept iPhone Airplay. The bathroom also has a clothes drying function. It is very convenient to dry clothes after you come back from a trip. Overall, the living experience is not bad.

We had difficulties with the check-in and called the service hotline. The staff was very helpful and patient even though she had difficulties in understanding English. The room is very neat and tidy, and my whole family is highly satisified with it.
