1. The staff never came to clean. Except once when a guest complained about the air conditioning problem and asked us if we needed cleaning, we asked the staff to just clean the trash can in the room.2. Continuing with the cleaning of the trash cans, when we came back, we found that the staff put clean trash bags on our luggage, which was very rude.3. The hotel has a garbage collection location, but no one cleaned it for three consecutive days! ! ! ! ! There are at least 3 mice and a lot of mice! ! ! !4. You need to find supplies by yourself (such as garbage bags, paper towels, etc.) If you run out of paper towels, you have to call to check, but they will need to be replenished the next day.

We arrived and there was no one. It is self check in. Both the lobby and the room door asked for codes that no one had given us by email or any other means. They didn't answer the WhatsApp until after 40 minutes. When we managed to enter the lobby with the instructions they gave us, we had to do the. Check in on an iPad that asked for the information in English but had to be completed with a Japanese keyboard. Woe to anyone who arrives at night because the neighborhood is horrendous.

Uncomplicated and good. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned for 3 nights - but there are worse things...

Stayed for 2 nights in July in a triple room. AC worked, laundry machine in room and microwave/kettle. The cable for the kettle was so short we had to place it on the microwave but that was the only issue. The hotel was in a wide alley and we did see some rats in the alley. They looked rather friendly but it was still a little off-putting. However when we booked it it was good value for money and close to a station that was only two stops from Shinjuku. The plug sockets were close to the bed, which is always a plus.

A good place if you can get a good deal. A semi-long (but doable) walk from nearest station. 7/11 very close. Room is tiny. We got the 3 twin beds. If you have 2 folks, I'd get this room. That way the 3rd bed can be used for your suitcases, because there is really no other space for them.

I stayed in room 101. The room was clean and had many amenities such as a kettle, microwave, electric stove, iron, and washing machine. Plenty of power sockets, good water pressure, but because it's close to the train tracks, there will be some noise and vibration when the train passes by. And because the room was on the ground floor, when the room above there was loud walking noise, I woke up in the middle of the night.

It's beautiful, so it leaves a good impression. It's small, so you have to be creative by moving the bed when using the table. As other reviews have said, most of the things were there, but I learned on the spot that there were no serving plates. The number of hangers is also abundant and looks good.I could use the washing machine right away, and since it was summer, I was able to wash clothes that had absorbed a lot of sweat. The bathroom has a drying function, so I wanted to dry it in the bathroom, but I couldn't find a place to hang it on a hanger, so I decided to dry it randomly.Detergent is not provided, so if you need it, we recommend bringing your own.Another thing to be concerned about is the slow operation of the tablet used for check-in and check-out operations, which can be frustrating.I failed several times to enter the key to enter the entrance because the noise from the train was so loud that I couldn't tell if I was pressing it properly. Also, other people are checking out at the same time, so if you go there at the last minute, you'll have to wait.Overall, there are many things that don't bother me if I have free time and mind, but if I don't, I think I often get irritated. It was clean, the wallpaper was cute, the bathtub and washing area were separate, and the toilet was spacious, so it was a place I would use again.
