It says that up to 7 people can stay, but since there are 3 double futons and a sofa bed, it is assumed that 3 groups will be attending the same class.Three of us stayed here on the way back from the Harry Potter studio tour.It's about two stations from Toshimaen.I had a hard time making a decision due to the lack of reviews, so I'll leave you with the pros and cons.【merit】・1-2 minutes walk from the station・Easy to find location・Many convenience stores and restaurants・The toilet is clean (washlet)・Unmanned check-in & out・Cheap as the price is the same for up to 7 people・The contact information is a private lodging agent, so inquiries are available 24 hours a day.*Although I have an allergy to house dust, I didn't have any allergies at all, so it seems like the house is cleaned often.[Disadvantages]・Bathroom equipment is old・The bath smells like sewage・The futon is thin・I was worried because I didn't receive any information about how to check in until the day before (I made a reservation through Trip)・When I inquired, I received an email with instructions on how to unlock it, but it was all in English.・No air conditioner in the kitchen・Since there is one air conditioner in two bedrooms, you will have to sleep with the sliding doors open.*The smell of sewage in the bathroom is quite strong.
