What a hotel😮‍💨It feels like they bought an unpopular apartment building in the early Heisei era and forced it into a hotel😮‍💨I had to stay overnight on a business trip for work😮‍💨There was no security at all😮‍💨The receptionist speaks too fast and I can't understand what they're saying.I guess they chose it just because it was cheap, but if I was staying there, it would be impossible.

After leaving home for an overseas assignment, my departure was delayed due to VISA issues, so I stayed there for about two weeks before leaving.- Approximately 5 minutes walk from the station, it felt closer than it looked on the map (it's a quick walk)・Fami Mart, ¥100 Lawson while coming from the stationThere are plenty of convenience stores near the hotel, including FamilyMart and Seven.・My room is where I need some light on my desk...・Water pressure is weak・Although the building is old, it is well-maintained.Personally, I also like the smell peculiar to old buildings. It didn't bother me・The room has a washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle,Convenient with refrigeratorThe refrigerator is not the so-called compact one you see in hotels.A two-door type that can be used by people living alone.Enough capacity・Station front restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores, etc.Convenient for shopping and eating as there are many options.Along Koshu Kaido? I was looking atI was worried about the noise, but since I was staying on the upper floor, I didn't have to worry about it, and I was able to spend a quiet time. All the staff were kind and pleasant, both at the front desk and cleaning.

It's dirty, musty, and not in a particularly good location. It might be acceptable if it was around 4000 yen per night, but since I paid 8000 yen for the stay, I have nothing but dissatisfaction.

If you are considering this accommodation, you should avoid it.The building is an old apartment building and is not kept well-maintained.Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and mold, and when I looked up while taking a shower, I saw the ventilation fan filled with dust. There are several hotels in the same price range in the area, so we recommend choosing one of them.

Hotels focused on cost performanceThere is a poster on the elevator that shows the BTS Osaka performance and it has already ended. From a mysterious posterIt may be more convenient to use the washing machine and the dryer if you have them posted with instructions on how to use the washing machine and the dryer. It's cheaper than nearby hotels, so○A short walk from the station○The interior is dirtyI am not concerned about such issues. It's nice to have a microwave and a solid refrigerator. Also, it's spacious. There are no toothbrushes in the amenity storage area, so if you are staying for multiple nights, it is better to bring your own. There's only one toothbrush in the room, sitting on top of the toilet tank, so I don't feel like using it.In the amenity storage areaThere are brushes for hair, razors, and sponges for washing your body. There is a washing machine in each room, but there is no detergent. The dryer is located in the common area.It costs 100 yen for 30 minutes, which roughly costs around 400 yen.

It was an annex. It was midsummer so it was hot as I went outside for a moment. There was dust in the gaps and outlets. When I went to bed, the wind from the air conditioner hit me and it was cold. It was helpful that there was a washing machine, range, and sink. There is also a parking lot in the back for 24 hours from 1000 yen. I wish it was a little cheaper for this quality. There are convenience stores and bars within a 5-minute walk.
