The hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The building is not as beautiful as the photos, but the interior has a pleasant aroma and is well-cleaned.There was also a hot spring, and I was grateful for the unlimited use of towels! In front of the hotelOn a sandy beach in a great locationI wore a life jacket that was available for free and enjoyed it all! Then you will encounter a sea turtle! ! Anyway, it's wonderful. In the evening, take part in sunset yoga (free of charge) and enjoy a relaxing time listening to the sounds of nature. At night, enjoy the starry sky while lying on the sofa on the rooftop terrace!I also enjoyed yoga early in the morning.I am very satisfied with the customer service, facilities, and location! !

It was the worst. It's a very disappointing service that doesn't seem like a luxury hotel.First of all, the good points.Location was great. It was in a very quiet location with an ocean view overlooking Kakeroma from Amami, and the view from the room's large window was like a painting.Dinner was delicious. I chose Japanese food, and all the dishes were sophisticated and very delicious. I was very happy that they readily accommodated my request to change the dishes during the course. These are the only two things that were good. What was bad? There are very few signboards on the way to the hotel. The hotel's parking lot is on a slope, and there is no guidance as to whether it is okay to park next to the front entrance. Of course, there are no guides in front of the hotel. There is a smoking area next to the front of the hotel, and young people hang out near the entrance, making it difficult to enter. I'm also a smoker, but I don't understand the point of having one next to the front entrance. When I entered, I had a hard time hearing the contents of the welcome drink, probably because I was wearing a mask. When I asked him what he meant, he replied, "Huh?"Although the elevator has been renovated, it is noticeably outdated. If you choose a room on the 2nd floor, you can see the garden from the room, but you can also see the inside of the room from the garden.Especially on the 2nd floor, you can see from the garden to the bed.The room is based on white and looks clean, but there are some stains that cannot be completely cleaned. The worst part was around the toilet tank. There was a dark mold-like stain on the wall, so when I timidly opened the tank, it was as dirty as hell. They probably think it's not a problem because it's a toilet, but it hasn't been cleaned in years.Since the furniture is based on white, there are some bald spots in the paint, but there is no sign that it has been repaired. The employee who serves dinner speaks to me at a loud level. Don't stop talking. In the middle of a conversation, perhaps because she was curious about her cool hairstyle, she touched her hair even though she was serving food.A group of young people was making a fuss behind a screen, and the employees weren't paying attention. The hot springs are especially disappointing. I chose this hotel because it is the only natural hot spring on Amami Oshima, but the hot spring is in a separate building and is shared, so it cannot be reserved for private use.The outdoor bath has lukewarm water and doesn't get hot.Granite in the bathtub? is slimy. I can feel the roughness on my butt, probably because the concrete joints are worn out.The plants in front of the bathtub can grow freely. Bamboo Yoshizu, who is blindfolded from the outside, is sunburned and dilapidated, and is very cheap.I came in around 9pm and there was an employee who was clearly not a guest coming in.The laundry in the changing room is for home use. There is a rain gutter in the changing room. When I looked up at the ceiling, I saw a corrugated roof. There is no roof from the hot spring building to the hotel. When I went up to the rooftop, there seemed to be an outdoor bed, but it was empty. The wind was strong, but since the dome tent was not set up, it was too cold to stay there for more than 5 minutes. Various pipes on the roof stand out. When I was smoking in the garden around 24:00, they locked the door without checking to see if there were any customers outside. The front door was also locked, and I knocked on the automatic door, but the front desk was empty. It's hard to believe that a hotel that claims to be so luxurious can be left unattended in the middle of the night. When I went to the back of the building, I found an employee in plain clothes, so I asked him to unlock the door and I was able to escape without incident.Breakfast is buffet style, and although there are many items, it is quite average. The breakfast place is right in front of the front desk, but even though I was eating, the front desk staff were talking on the phone, and I could hear the sound of computer keyboards, probably because I was making a reservation. I don't understand why they don't do it within the office. If this hotel costs 15,000 yen per night, I would be satisfied with the service, but it was not a very luxurious hotel. I will never stay there again.

First of all, it is quite a distance from the airport (about 2 hours on a mountain road), so if you get car sick, you will need to take some medicine. The best location is just waiting for you! ! All rooms have ocean views, and you can see the beach that is said to be one of the best in Amami, and beyond that is Kakeroma Island. I had heard that there was a high chance of encountering sea turtles, but I actually encountered them right away! I was surprised. The staff were also very warm-hearted, and even though we were hit by a typhoon on the final night, thanks to everyone's efforts, we were able to make it through safely (thank you very much for your hard work). It was a wonderful hotel that I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance!

This hotel is located in an unexplored area, about 2 hours from the airport.I stayed in a deluxe room and the ocean view was amazing! We had Italian and Japanese food, and all of the dishes were made with special care, and my son devoured the same menu! When I asked him about alcohol recommendations, he recommended a delicious brown sugar shochu while also telling me some fun stories, which made me very happy!I had a relaxing yoga session in the morning, which gave me a refreshing start, and for me, who is usually pressed for time due to work, it was a luxurious time for me.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at in Amami Oshima. First of all, the building was very beautiful and clean, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. There is a private beach in front of the hotel, and the beautiful sandy beach was impressive. The beauty of the highly transparent sea was overwhelming, and we even got to see sea turtles. Seeing them swim gracefully is truly the best memory. In addition, we were able to enjoy a live Shimauta song, which was a valuable experience that exposed us to local culture. I was able to spend the evening relaxing in a wonderful atmosphere, which soothed my soul. This is a wonderful hotel where you can feel the nature and culture of Amami Oshima. We hope that many people will visit!

I wanted to surf at Yadori Beach, so I stayed with you for two nights. The staff were friendly and everyone seemed to be having fun working, which gave me a very good impression.I think the free morning yoga and Italian/Japanese food for dinner are of a high level. Also, we were able to see sea turtles in the ocean right in front of us.It was great to be able to walk home and soak in the hot springs after surfing. Although the price was high, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

We stayed here for 2 nights in mid-September 2023.It was a wonderful trip to Amami Oshima. Please try eating the breakfast buffet outside. It made me feel like I was abroad. There is an all-you-can-drink refrigerator in the room, so you won't run out of drinks. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It is convenient that there is a spa right before entering the room from Yadorihama Beach.I used it on the final two days of my 5-night, 6-day trip to Amami Oshima while traveling south from Amami Oshima Airport. Yadorihama Beach in front of you is also a bay and is very quiet and has no waves, making it a safe place to play with your family. Even if you go about 100m offshore from the sandy beach, the water seems to be about 1m deep. From here I also went to Kakeroma Island.

I stayed for 2 nights in the first week of July 2024 on my first trip to Amami. There are many tunnels and mountain passes from Naze, and it takes about an hour and a half. There aren't many rooms, so you can relax without feeling crowded with meals, the beach, and the starry sofa.I was able to snorkel with sea turtles at Yadori Beach, right in front of the hotel.I think it depends on the time of the tide, but I think it's best to encounter them in the morning before about 10:00 am.At night, the sky full of stars on the rooftop was amazing.Unfortunately, the service of free drinks such as beer in the refrigerator was no longer available. There is only water, but there are no vending machines at the hotel, so you have to drive to Koniya, which is over 20 minutes one way, to buy it. Shopping before coming to the hotel is a must.I had an Italian course for dinner, but it was expensive, so I wanted a reasonable option.
