As a person traveling solo through the Tokyo area, I want to give this a solid review. The rooms are a bit small for the two person that they advertise, but the beds are nice and comfortable. The air-conditioned during the humid hot days were godsend. The simple decorations made the room feel bigger, and the blackout curtains were great to sleep in a bit when the sun was threatening to wake me up at 5 am.All in all, a solid place to stay in. Thank you for taking care of me for 8 days!

Stayed for about a week on a business trip.First of all, the location is a bit far from the station (10-15 minutes walk). However, there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores along the way and around the area, so it's a good place to eat.The facilities are okay. However, I personally didn't like brushing my teeth in the kitchen because there was no sink. I don't use it myself, but some people may want to cook their own meals or boil water here. The soundproofing was pretty good and I didn't notice any noise coming from the next room.I think it's a good idea to consider the price when it comes to cleaning. Since it was a sudden business trip, there was only a smoking room, but I didn't notice the smell of cigarettes. I'm really grateful for this place. There are some breakfast plans that come with a Doutor voucher, but there aren't many menus to choose from, and you'll definitely get bored if you stay multiple nights. You can only use it at designated stores in front of Kawasaki Station.

The worst thing about rooms facing the road is the noise from cars and motorcycles. At the very least, I would like you to take measures such as installing double-paned windows or installing shutters only in nearby rooms. The room is average. Good value hotel if not along the road

Previously, I stayed there for about 3 weeks. It was a good feeling if you think about it in terms of a weekly apartment. On the way back from Kawasaki Station, you can eat at a restaurant, shop at a convenience store, etc., and then return, giving you a good sense of distance.

I stayed there for a day because I had a farewell party, and the receptionist was very responsive. The room was just the right size since I was alone. The only disappointing thing was that after eating Yakiniku, when I went back to my room and tried to brush my teeth, the toothpaste was so sticky that I couldn't use it (lol).Other than that, there is no problem at all!
