I always feel comfortable using it. It's perfect for a hotel date with a girl.

There was all-you-can-eat sweets and delicious welcome drinks.I was able to store my luggage and the hotel staff was very polite and kind.I would like to use it again when I come to Tokyo.

The room is clean, and the drinks and sweets are free 😘 (The bar lounge is a lot uglier than the website though lol)I was able to stay for ¥10,000 on weekdays.The drain in the bathtub was not working well, and when I unplugged it, the washing area was overflowing with hot water.

Room 303 2 hour break 4290 yen[Good points about this hotel]This is one of the group hotels newly opened in the Okubo area in November 2022.Although it is a city hotel listed on a general accommodation reservation site, it is a versatile hotel that also has the aspect of a love hotel. I'm interested in such things, so I've stayed at quite a few hotels of a similar type, but I also went to this one when I was using a shop in Shin-Okubo.The location is about 5 minutes walk from Shin-Okubo Station. I visited around 5:30pm on a weekday. This affiliated hotel allows reservations for day use (rest), so I made a reservation over the phone about an hour in advance. When I asked when making the reservation, I was told that it was fully booked even though it was a weekday, so if I had gone directly, there might not have been any vacancies.As you enter through the automatic doors at the entrance, you will find yourself in a stylish lobby space with the concept of a minibar, as seen on the homepage and introductory videos. As soon as you enter, there is a face-to-face front desk on the right side, so I tell them that I have a reservation. The receptionist at that time looked like a man in his 30s, but he gave me a good impression of his polite and accurate service. You can't specify the room rank when making a reservation over the phone, but it was helpful because it was the 'standard' room I wanted and it was convenient for my budget. There is no room selection panel, so if you go directly without making a reservation, you will have to choose from four ranks.They were still running the "Dice Challenge" to commemorate the opening, where if you rolled a 1 you would get a free ticket, but the 1000 yen discount service for anything other than 1 had ended. The result was a failure. Pay the regular fee and receive a card key.When I headed to my room, I grabbed some sweets from the minibar and then headed to my room.When you open the door, there is no inner door or entrance-like partition, and there is a bathroom and sink on both sides in the front, and a living room in the back. The floor plan is similar to a business room common to group hotels, but the interior is chic and fashionable, with a monochrome accent and woodgrain accents. It's not a large space, but it's a relaxing space.Each water area is independent, and there are plenty of amenities.Wi-Fi is available, and the TV is compatible with regular broadcasts as well as various video sites such as 'YouTube' and 'huiu'.Although it was extremely hot that day, the air conditioner worked well and the room was kept clean, so I was able to spend a comfortable time in my new room.Breaks are available 24 hours a day, and you are free to go out. There is no problem with meeting up in your room after entering alone.A convenient and stylish hotel. Since it is new, the price is a little higher than other group hotels, but you will be satisfied with the price.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish hotel in the Okubo area.[What I would like to see improved about this hotel]The prosciutto and popcorn service, which was impressive in the hotel's introductory video, had ended. It's a shame because I was looking forward to it.
