I stayed here for over a week.There was a washing machine, microwave oven, pots, and tableware, so I felt like I was living there, and it was very comfortable (^^).The staff is kind and I would like to use this hotel again.

Stayed in a twin room. It has a unique smell, probably because the toilet and sink are in the same place.I would like them to install a deodorizer for the toilet.Also, the balcony doesn't get much sunlight, so the laundry doesn't dry. There is no drying facility in the bathroom, so it won't dry even if you hang it indoors.However, I think the location is very good.

The station is nearby, so you can easily go to the central station, and the room is clean and comfortable! The response from the employees was also good!However, there are not many places to eat or shop around the hotel, so it may be a little inconvenient for people who don't come by car.Also, the first time I used it, I heard a ping pong game in the middle of the night, and when I opened the door, no one was there and I heard children's laughter coming from the stairs, which was scary. I was using the second floor.

I stayed here for four nights. The space was much larger than I expected. Large luggage did not get stuck when I opened it. The sound insulation was very good and I did not hear the sounds of other guests. The cleaning was very attentive and clean, and the supplies inside were also very good. Very complete, the washing machine and clothes drying rail are very convenient. The only small drawback is that the room has a bit of a musty smell as soon as you enter. Everything else is impeccable. The staff are friendly, parking is convenient, and it doesn’t take long to get to Kagoshima city. It’s also very quick to go to Minami Ibusuki. It’s a very good hotel. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Kagoshima👍

Perfect for family with young kid. The apar**ent was nicely sized with a sufficient kitchen. We were able to cook a dinner there. If you would like to do laundry there was washer and rack for drying laundries.

One room in the apartment will be your own. It's very clean and has all the daily necessities such as a kitchen, washing machine (with detergent), refrigerator, rice cooker, and microwave, so all you need to do is bring a change of clothes.It's about a 5 minute walk from the supermarket - you can get all the ingredients you need ❗I thought it was more comfortable than a business hotel 😄I recommend it👍

It was very clean and the receptionist was very polite.Security was also good and I was able to sleep in peace.There was also a supermarket and Starbucks nearby, making shopping easy.I would definitely like to stay again next time.
