I use it when my mother comes over.Immediately after checking in, the hot springs are pretty empty, but when I went there for the first time around 9pm, it was horribly crowded and there was a lot of grime floating around, probably because most of the people were foreigners, so I don't recommend it.

The location is good and the rooms are small, but they have everything you need, so there is no inconvenience in living, but the cleaning time is only from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.That's a shame. The advantage is that it takes 5 minutes to walk from the accommodation to Tokyo Tower and to the station in 5 minutes.

The neighborhood is a bit random, full of buildings that appear to be work buildings.The service is good, worthy of a chain hotel.We already knew the room was small, which is a standard in Japan, but in this hotel I thought it smelled a little strange.

+ The attention of the staff is great.+ Although the room and bed are a bit small in Japanese style, they are very comfortable and clean.+ LCD TV is very useful. You can connect your phone or laptop via wifi. It is possible to see all information about the hotel from the main menu on the TV screen.+ Wifi connection is very good.+ Kettle available. Tap water is drinkable.+ Clean towels are left at your door every day, whether you want them or not.+ The location is very close to metro stops, markets, Tokyo tower and Roppongi nightlife.+ There is a Turkish restaurant and McDonald's in the surrounding area.- There is vehicle noise in rooms facing the highway.- Toilets are very small. It is especially difficult to sit on the toilet.- The room's ventilation system blows very hard even at the lowest setting. Sometimes we had to cover the ventilation outlet with a towel. If you turn off the ventilation and open the window, you hear highway noise.
