Great service and great location. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location was near a metro station (eki). In my next visit to Tokyo this place will be the first one I check for availability.

It's cold because it's a remodel. No underfloor heating. The staff are ghosts. It's hard to see your face. It doesn't tell me the Wi-Fi password. You can hear the sound of the train, but it's no problem with 3M earplugs. It's close to Akihabara. There is a pretty good cafe nearby. Good for drinking nearby. There is a washing machine and towels on the 6th floor, so feel free to use them. I haven't been able to find the WiFi password for two days now.

There is very little information about this B&B. I was a little worried when I first booked it. It is actually similar to the picture. It is very close to JR and far away from the subway. It is very convenient to eat nearby. No one will clean it during your stay. The sound insulation is relatively poor, but the pillows and bed are quite good. of ~

Pro: location close to both Metro and J rail. Plenty of good restaurants around, the bakery opposite is great. Waking distant to Akihabara. Room is clean and easy check in.Cons: Well like I said it's close to rail station so expect to hear train coming and going. Light sleeper can count trains to sleep.

Incredible experience and service. The hotel was clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed. The futons were amazing and the bed too. The hot water was very comfortable and could go hotter if you wanted to. They give you slippers, towels, toothbrush, etc. I enjoyed it a lot and definitely it was a very nice place to be

The rooms are lovely with a consistent design throughout and it does not cost much more than a regular hotel. Please carefully read the instructions on how to gain access to your room. The elevator is small; only two people with luggage fit comfortably. But it is quick and there isn't any traffic so you won't have to wait long if you need to split up to two groups to get to your floor. The owner (?) let us in a few minutes earlier than check-in time so that was nice. There are two free-to-use washing machines on the 6th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor so you will need to go up two flights of stairs. Laundry can by dried on the clothesline on the shared terrace (also 6th floor) but does not include clothespins so bring your own or buy some.Overall highly recommend and would stay again.
