I happened to find it when I was looking for a hotel around Shinjuku.The area around the hotel feels like an area where foreigners live, and it doesn't seem to be very safe.Although the name is a hotel, it is a facility that rents out apartments. I think you can imagine it as a leopard◯.Although the room was different from what I expected, it was spacious enough and had the minimum amenities for my short stay, so I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience.I had some questions, so I contacted the administrator, and they responded quickly and were very helpful.However, due to the structure of the building, the nature of the land, and the low price, most of the rooms were of low quality, and the noise from the neighboring rooms and surrounding areas was so loud that I couldn't get a good night's sleep.However, the noise was manageable enough with earplugs.

The room is definitely on the small side, and there is the impression of being inside a container. However, we found all the necessary for our short stay. This included washing products, toothbrush and toothpaste, clean sheets. There was even a pan and a small stove we didn’t use.The location was optimal in Shinjuku, some 300 meters from a metro stop, and located next to nice shops.Of course, in cheap hotels like these ones, insulation is not the best. Our last night was simply horrible due to some loud tourists on the upper floor, which essentially meant we weren’t able to sleep. In a nutshell, if you have very low expectations and want to save on a budget, this hotel is a good alternative.

It is near to shin okubo station but the room i will say it is really compact and small.For those claustrophobic didnt suggest to book this hotel.Otherwise all okay and great

Clean room, close to the train station, convenient travel, compact room size Not suitable for people with large luggage. The bathroom and shower room are separated. But the shower room is quite narrow. There is no place to hang clothes. Overall considered good Worth the price
