When I was having trouble charging my smartphone due to malfunctioning equipment, a staff member named Kabata came to my room, but he was acting playful throughout.I guess they're making fun of me because I'm a woman. When I asked him his name, he grinned and said, ``This is Kabata. ``Additionally Hata'' means Kabata. Please write a review with your name. Thank you.''When I asked him why he was laughing even though he was serious, he laughed and said, ``That's what I look like.''This is not true for middle-aged men.Later, another staff member apologized. The front desk apologized again when I checked out.It was good to have staff that I could talk to properly.

Tsukiji Market is great for sightseeing on foot. Sightseeing around Ginza can also be done on foot unless it is a hot summer. However, if you prefer crowded places with lots of shops and bars, this is not the place. Although there are izakayas nearby, it is overall a very quiet location. The hotel is larger than a typical Japanese hotel, but although the hotel room has all the amenities, it is somewhat lacking and there is no rest area that can be called a lobby. It was nice that they cleaned the room every day during my 4-night stay, but there seemed to be a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom. The surrounding area is convenient, so there are Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven.

As shown in the picture, it was spacious and everything about the bathroom and bathtub was great! There were too many convenience stores. The station is too close to moveIt was so easy! Disney, Shibuya 35 minutesPuroland was 1 hour and 20 minutes long.Rather than changing hotels mid-way, stay one more day.I thought it would be better to go, so I stayed here for a long time.It was close to Ginza and Tokyo Station.I was satisfied with everything~Especially the sushi near the hotel was really delicious.Because there is a drug store nearby that is cheaper.I shopped for medicine there.I haven't compared it with other places. It’s really 30% cheaper than the airport! There is also a Daiso on the second floor of the drugstore.I don’t think you need to go there.I don't have any items lolRecommended if you only buy snacks!Don't go to Tsukiji MarketI won't say more haha

This is our second stay. We love this location and had a great experience the first time. Not anymore. Our room was filthy. There was vomit or spills on the headboard, residue or some liquid on the bedsheets and bed skirt. When I brought up the issue to the front desk - the gentleman showed no apology. We were also told that our room would be cleaned and to leave for 3 hours. We went out from 6am to 9am and if you know Japan you know nothing is around at that time except for 7-11 - only to return to the hotel room at 9:30am and no cleaning had occurred and nobody even looked at it. We brought it up nicely again to the front desk and after an hour later he eventually came with a cleaning staff who eventually helped us wipe the mess and change the sheets the next time we went out. We stayed for 3 nights - no offer to change rooms right away or clean right away.On check out, we misplaced one room card and we were shocked when we were demanded, yes demanded, to pay 500 yen to replace the card. The guy looked at us and talked to us like a criminal. For the filthy room the very least would have been to not charge us for the extra room key which no other hotel does.I have recommended this hotel to many in the past. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone unless they take their service on par to others. The front desk staff need more compassion and if they hate their job go elsewhere.I have asked an English speaking manager to call me to discuss these issues.Update: 10/2/24 Still no response from the hotel
