I used it on a business trip.It costs 13,500 yen including breakfast, which is not a lot to spend on a private trip with children, but the room was clean, the welcome drink service, the large hot spring bath, and above all, the hospitality of the foreign staff at the front desk and cafeteria made it a very pleasant time. I was able to spend a lot of time there.The breakfast was good and the bread was delicious.I might not be able to stay there depending on the time of year because the accommodation fee is just above the limit, but I would like to use it again next time.

This hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station, making it highly convenient. The rooms are small, as is typical of Japanese hotels, but they are very clean, and there’s an on-site onsen. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly and helpful, which alone makes me want to return and stay here again on my next visit.

I could have stayed at the premium at the opposite entrance, but since I wasn't familiar with the area, I chose the natural hot spring at the Shinkansen entrance. Access: 6 minutes walk from Matsuya and curry shop on the first floor, along the railroad tracks.The front desk is on the 2nd floor, check in, choose a pillow and loungewear, and go to your room.I'm happy to be able to watch You Tube etc. on a fairly spacious TV.The hot spring water makes your skin smooth and smooth.Breakfast didn't have much variety, but it was delicious and the bread was delicious.The only thing that bothers me is that there is only one elevator, so it doesn't come easily. I tried to use the emergency stairs, but it was blocked and I couldn't use it.I would like to be released during the busy morning hours.It's annoying that you have to go through the front desk on the 2nd floor to get to your room, so you want to go directly from the elevator on the 1st floor to the floor where your room is located.

Although it is far from the station, it is a good hotel.I forgot the name of the hot water in the large public bath at this hotel, but apparently they bring the hot spring water directly to the hotel every day. I used it to meet an old friend in the center of Nagoya.I found a place that was less than 10,000 yen, close to Nagoya Station (for express bus use), and had a public bath.As long as I could take a bath and get a good night's sleep, it was more than enough, but the explanation at check-in was easy to understand, and I think it had what I expected from a business hotel: it didn't involve too much contact than necessary.I thought they had a lot of staff members from overseas, but they had no problem answering questions like ``I would like to receive my checked baggage,'' and the breakfast service in the lounge was very proactive. It's a bit of a walk from Nagoya Station, but it's within walking distance. There are two super hotels next door that do not have natural hot springs, so please be careful not to check in by mistake. The room was large enough for a business hotel. When I made a reservation through Omakase Purawan, I was given a room with a double bed, which was very helpful. I happened to have dinner at Nagoya Station before checking in, but it would be helpful if I could get a map of nearby restaurants from the front desk. There is a large public bath as a facility within the hotel, and the crowd status is displayed on the TV, making it easy to use. The public bath does not have an open-air bath, but it is large enough to accommodate about 5 men, and the washing area is spacious. There are lotions and shaving tools available in the large bathroom sink. I was disappointed that the pillow service available at the front desk had ended, probably because the check-in time was around 9pm. Breakfast is free for guests, and I was surprised at how high quality the food was. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was delicious with freshly baked bread and organic ingredients, which you wouldn't expect for free.
