The surroundings are very noisy. Great speaking voice. Perhaps it was a bad thing that it was Saturday, but the chatter continued until midnight. It looks like fun, but I don't feel like I slept until the wee hours of the morning because my eyes were so loud from the nap trip. This was my first time in a hotel that was so noisy.

Same price as APA Hotel its a bit expensive for a small hotel. It's not a Business Hotel. Wifi is very slow. It keeps getting cut off to almost no connectivity. We came here working with laptop, so internet is a bit of a problem. We take a vacation atleast 3x times a year in Japan. This is the slowest internet so far.Staff is very nice and helpful. They always try to help you. Thank you!

The person at the reception wearing shaved glasses, as others have said, is very unpleasant. Are you working to make customers feel uncomfortable? If you hate customer service that much, you shouldn't work as a receptionist at a hotel. He makes a lot of complaints that are almost flirtatious. If that person accepts the reception, I will never use Moe again.

I was given a room that was a smoking room, even though I booked a non smoking room. When I asked about it at the front desk they said they prepared a non smoking room for me. However it smelled of smoke and had a sign asking guests to not smoke on the bed. They had no other room to give me. Also the room was directly in front of the check-in counter. I could hear people at the counter and outside if I turned off the fan in the room. I had to put carmex in my nostrils to block the smell so I could sleep as it started ti make me feel sick.
