Stayed for the first two nights of my first trip to Japan. The receptionist was friendly and straightforward with the explanation. Room and facilities were clean. The walls are thin and you can practically hear a pin drop, but guests were generally quiet and respectful. There's a 7Eleven a block away and two stations within a 10 minute walking distance.Would definitely consider staying again.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to Minami-Senju station. Very kind and helpful staff, though the building does feel a bit like a dorm. Showers and bathrooms are shared, which was hardly a problem during our stay, but I can imagine it gets tricky at busier times of the year.My only complaints:- Women's bathrooms are only a single room with a single sink and toilet, while men's has multiple.- The wifi is pretty rough. There are five or so connections, sometimes a couple of them work, sometimes none of them work.

I cannot imagine to get this price in Tokyo. The room was fine, small but still could breathe. bathrooms and toilets are clean. the kitchen is also proper. As expected, because the price was not too high so all the stuff was not that new like a hotel with 3 or 5 stars but clean!!!the staff members are nice and helpful.walking around 10 minutes to JR station.

The hotel is worth its price. It is a little far from the station and the center of Tokyo but ideal for going to Narita airport. Shared showers are clean. The room was small but worth the price paid. The staff is very pleasant. I appreciated that you get a pair of slippers that you keep throughout your stay and a locker for your shoes and slippers.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, overall very good. It's a bit of a walk from the train station. But there are convenience stores around.

Dingy and uncomfortable, a hostel not a hotel. Met 2 members of staff. The person on evening duty was really helpful. He ordered a taxi for me to airport for 4.30 am. The previous person said I could just walk the street and hail a cab. A woman alone with a heavy suitcase in a strange area, great idea. Thank you to the second young man. I arrived safely and on time.Rooms are very small and not comfortable. Very very basic.

There are some positive things:- very inexpensive- clean rooms- fast WiFi- 15 minutes by metro to the center of Tokyo- friendly staffHowever, the hotel is not usable. The whole building is ancient and made of cardboard. If someone opens a bottle of water in the next room, you can hear it. There is no rest at night. Constant noise in the hallways, constant clicking of locks and arrivals in the middle of the night prevent this. The guests are also inconsiderate. In my case, people knocked on doors at night and packed their suitcases right in the hallway. There are also just two shower cubicles for around 50 guests.

we enjoyed our stay. spotless kitchen and usually clean bathrooms, everyone working here is so kind and helpful. small room but not bad. my only complaint is the shower water shutting off every 10 seconds. they provide towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. it’s a bit far from the main attractions in tokyo, 40 minutes to get most places on the train but well worth it for the price. cute and quiet neighborhood, nice oasis away from bustling touristy areas!
