If you want to be thought of as a thief, stay at this hotel. Let me first describe my check-in process here. It happened that I booked a private room here for 5 nights.First of all, when we checked in, the clerk took a photo of our passport information with his mobile phone. We understood that this was a normal check-in procedure.I went to the room and found that there was no refrigerator in the room, so I went to ask the staff. The staff replied that there were no refrigerators in the entire hotel, including those that could be shared with others. This is not true for a hotel or a youth hostel with only one bed. It's too outrageous. There is no TV in the room. But don't believe their claim of 260 feet. In fact, it is only over 100 feet, and there is no room to open a suitcase in the room. The bathroom is very small and if you want to be able to use the bathroom comfortably it is impossible because your knees will hit the bathroom door when the door is closed. Then let’s talk about the security issue, because we often come back at night, but their gate can be entered without entering a password or using an access card.In addition, during my 5-night stay, I usually left the hotel at one or two in the afternoon and returned between 10 and 11 pm, but most of the time there was no staff at the front desk.In fact, I don’t recommend everyone to stay here based on these three points alone, but I want to share another outrageous thing. On the last night, my flight left Japan at around 2 a.m., but the hotel check-out time was 10 a.m. So I put my luggage in their luggage area (there are no security measures and only two shelves for guests to put their luggage) and waited to come back to collect it at 11pm. As I mentioned above, there was no one at their front desk, so of course there was no one at their front desk that day. And we were unable to tell any staff that we needed to store our luggage at the hotel. When we came back at 11pm, the last bus to the airport left in 10 minutes. As we collected our suitcases and were about to leave, a man came out from the front desk. First, we asked for our guest information. I told him our room number truthfully and told him that we had checked out this morning and we were just taking our suitcases to leave. So he opened his personal mobile phone to check our guest information, which included our passport information. I was already very dissatisfied here because I didn't think our passport information and other personal information could be on an employee's personal mobile phone. Take. But it doesn't matter, because we are working in a hurry to catch the last train.During this period, the employee also said that because we came to pick up our luggage at night, we needed to check it. Does this mean that if a thief steals it and puts it on the luggage rack unattended in the morning, they will not pay attention to it?Just when we thought we could leave the incident, he asked us to prove that the suitcase belonged to us. I asked him how he could confirm it, and he actually said if there would be passports or something else mentioning our names in the suitcase. But since we put our passports in our carry-on luggage, there was nothing in the suitcase that could identify us.And since we were in a hurry, my friend had already used the password to open the suitcase to prove that it was his luggage. However, the employee said that even if you use the password to open the suitcase, it does not mean that it is your own luggage. Then my friend had an iPad in the suitcase, so he used the password to open the iPad hoping to confirm that the suitcase and iPad belonged to us, but he didn't accept it, even though the iPad was unlocked. So he made an even more outrageous request, which was to ask my friend to open an email in the mail. The email needed to contain my friend's name so that he could verify it by comparing it with the personal information on his phone. I already felt very dissatisfied and violated here, but since we were in a hurry we accommodated his request. As for myself, I told him that I did not carry an iPad in my suitcase. It was filled with clothes, gashapon toys, and dolls. How can I prove this? Since I thought my friend had proven that the suitcase belonged to us, I started to leave after my friend closed the suitcase, and then the clerk pulled and said we couldn't just leave. We repeatedly stated that using the password to open the suitcase could prove that the luggage was ours, but he disagreed. After we argued, he reluctantly asked me to unlock the suitcase to prove it. But because we were in a hurry and there was no lighting on site, we had to rely on street lighting. In addition, my suitcase was facing the employee and there was something wrong with the password lock. After entering the password, I could not open the suitcase smoothly. After being unable to open the suitcase in the first place, the clerk already assumed that we were thieves and yelled at us, accusing us of not being able to use the password to open the suitcase. Later, with the help of a friend, I tried again to fine-tune the combination lock to open the suitcase. My friend asked him to apologize to us because of his rude attitude. At that time, he looked very dissatisfied and apologized in a flippant manner. But since he was so rude to both of us, my friend asked him to apologize twice and he rolled his eyes at us.In a hotel that has no private locker for guests to store their personal belongings, left luggage unattended, and even a door that can be entered and exited by oneself, it actually pretends to have strict safety rules when picking up luggage and leaving. We were exhausted mentally and physically by the staff member's frivolous and rude attitude and were very dissatisfied with him for treating us like thieves. So if you want to be assumed you are a thief and treated rudely, stay at this hotel.
