The mattress didn't sink into my body and it was very comfortable to sleep on. Full of amenities.The shampoo and conditioner were good products.Unfortunately, the room was very small and it was a weekday, but the price was high.There were many glass windows in the room, which were hidden by roll screens. (I thought it was an accent on the wall, but it was a scary glass window.)I would have liked an explanation when entering the room.

I stayed with a friend last month, and to be honest, I was a little worried after reading the reviews.There was construction going on at the time to get to the hotel, so I had to take a detour, so I got a little lost, but I think it's best to access it from the station.The receptionist at the hotel was very polite.When I arrived at the room, a foreign woman was very kind and carefully explained how to use the projector in the room.The woman at the reception was very kind when I checked out, so I will definitely use this hotel again next time.

Since the Shinkansen leaves from Tokyo Station early in the morning, I was thinking of staying nearby and found this place. It was clearly cheaper compared to others, and I also noticed that there were some low reviews, but it was an inappropriate review because I only complained without reading the cancellation fee policy and check-in time etc. There was nothing to worry about.In fact, it's close to Mitsukoshimae Station on the Hanzomon Line, so you can easily get to Tokyo Station without getting lost, which is a blessing. I'm really grateful to be able to stay at this place at this price.You might be surprised if you imagine that they used a projector instead of a TV, and that the shape of the room was like that of a normal business hotel, but I was impressed by how rationally everything was done!When it comes to airplanes, is it rude to say LCC? The cancellation policy, check-in time, and rooms are all reasonably cost-cut rather than full-service, so I get the impression that you can stay at this price despite being within walking distance from Tokyo Station. If you don't understand that, you should spend a certain amount of money and look elsewhere.To be honest, since the location is close to the Metropolitan Expressway, it may be noisy depending on the room.I am very grateful that you are able to provide us with a reasonable place to stay on a different route from nearby hotels. If I have the opportunity, I would not hesitate to use your hotel again.

When I first used the hotel, I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but when I stayed there, the staff were all very pleasant and kind, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of Tokyo Station, so it was very reasonably priced. Since then, I have used it every time there is a concert in the Kanto area.We don't have a TV, but my friend and I don't watch many TV programs, so we're happy with the projector.As long as you check the rules in advance and follow them, there will be no problem.This is a hotel that I would honestly like to use again in the future.

I stayed in a small room type. There was plenty of space to spread out my suitcase, and above all, it was cheap, so I was very satisfied.The lady at the front desk was also very nice.I would like to use it again.

The rooms are clean and have a projector so you can watch movies while you sleep, so I think it's great for people who want to relax.There is also a washing machine on the first floor, so it looks good even for long stays.I borrowed an umbrella from the hotel staff, and they were kind enough to accommodate me.The location is a little difficult to find... I was lost.

I was a little prepared for the customer service as I had read in the reviews that the customer service was high-pressure, but the young female staff member was very nice and accommodating.If it is true that two people are using the room at different times, please have the other person come with you when checking in.There was a procedure, but it wasn't too troublesome. If you don't know about it, you might feel bad about being suspected of using a strange service.There is a service where there is a projector in the room and you can watch subscriptions on a large screen.You can even hand over your iPhone so you can see the operating instructions.Still, it didn't work, so I called the front desk, and they immediately came to my room and taught me how to create.The price was cheaper than other hotels, so it felt like a bargain.I was given disinfectant wipes on my way home, and I never had a bad experience with customer service.

Check-in on April 2, 2024, the counter staff explained that you can only enter the room at 17:00 and you can store your luggage for free, but you cannot store your luggage after checking out at 9:00 in the morning. When I booked a room on じゃらん, I saw the rules and regulations. It is very convenient to walk about 10 minutes from Tokyo Station. The room is clean and you can watch YT👍🏻. Umbrellas are provided on rainy days which is very considerate.

This hotel is conveniently located just north of Tokiwabashi and within easy walking distance to Otemachi.The Shuto Expressway runs next to it, so it's a little noisy even at night, but I think it's bearable.You have to take your shoes off in the room, so it might be a good idea to wear shoes that are easy to take off.

I used it the other day.I was worried because some of the reviews posted here were not good, but that was not the case at all.The staff were very kind and helpful, such as leaving my carry-on with me before check-in and folding my wet umbrella even though it was raining when I checked-in.(I asked questions about the parts I was worried about by email in advance, and they answered them very carefully.)The room wasn't large, but since we were two women and didn't have a lot of luggage, the size wasn't a problem at all.Even though this happened due to your own selfishness and lack of confirmation, I think it is inappropriate for you to lower the hotel's evaluation.If you have plans to stay in Tokyo, we will definitely use you again.

I stayed at this hotel when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom at Tokyo Station. The monitor system in the room was a Chromecast Google TV, which I also use, so I was able to use it right away. I think the price is high, but it's about a 10 minute walk from the Tokyo Yaesu Exit ticket gate, so I thought it would be a good idea for taking the Shinkansen early in the morning.

As written here, I think there are many people who have had bad experiences not because of the hotel's policy, but because of one staff member.I'm with you.My life was the worst, first and last time.Not recommended.I think staying at such a hotel is safe and secure.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but this hotel was by far the worst.The rudeness of the staff who didn't look at my companion who checked in, ignored him, and asked me to check in. I was temporarily looking after a family member's child, so when I tried to enter the room with them for 30 minutes, they flatly refused because they said the number of people in the room wasn't right, and even though I was planning to stay overnight, I ended up waiting in the small lobby. I checked in early for 1 hour, but of course I was charged 3300 yen/hour. You're bound by detailed rules and constantly monitored by the staff next to the entrance, making you feel like you're in a Tokyo prison. Although the location is nice, I won't stay there again or recommend it.
