This hotel is extremely difficult to contact. After booking through an online reservation site, I tried to confirm with the hotel whether they had received the booking notification, but received no response for an entire month. With no communication whatsoever, the hotel’s free cancellation deadline is one month prior to the check-in date. If you are planning to book through a reservation website, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.👎

My family booked this place but my wife's health got worse so we cancelled the reservation 12 days before, but they are saying they won't refund the 50% cancellation fee. I will never recommend or go to this place again if I travel to Japan. If the cancellation fee was 10% then I would understand. But this is too much. This place only wants money and the service is the worst. I will never recommend this place to my friends.

Location: It’s about 10 minutes away from the JR Ueno main entrance. It’s not too close. It’s a lively area with few businesses, but there are drunks shouting on the street outside in the early morning hours on weekends.Equipment: The area is large enough to open three 27-inch suitcases, with dry and wet separation. There is also a washing and drying machine with many hangers, which is very convenient. The wifi speed is fast enough.Service: It is recommended to complete the online login a few hours before check-in, because the waiter will not authenticate immediately online and will not be able to check in. If you're short of toilet paper or something, you can fill out an online application form, and that's fine.

I stayed here for three nights this time and my personal thoughts are as follows:advantage1. Online customer service staff respond quickly2. There is a washing and drying machine, the shower water is large and the temperature is satisfactory, and you can take a bath3. Free Wi-Fi is provided and the speed is good4. The air conditioner will be cold if it is turned to low temperature.5. When you return to the hotel, you will pass by the FamilyMart convenience store (but this store seems to be very busy and does not have a lot of goods)Personally feel that the shortcomings1. It’s actually a short distance away from Ueno Station, but it can’t be said to be very close.2. The room on the 8th floor had a strong smell of oily smoke from 7 to 8 in the morning. It has been like this for three consecutive days. It must not be a coincidence. (It is very bad. This part is deducted one star)3. The sound insulation effect is not satisfactory, please report it to customer service4. After staying for three nights, there was no cleaning. It felt more like an apartment hotel because there were no services.5. Intelligent unmanned management? I have also pre-registered, but the QR code cannot be used at the self-service counter in the lobby!6. I don’t know if it’s because of the region, but I think the house price is on the high side! !
