If you want to stay in the quieter area of Shinjuku, then this is the best place to be. Rooms are small, but worth it Very near a big park and all the attractions, including a 10min walk to Shinjuku station.

Great hotel, the rooms have everything you need including bathroom articles. I had a double room and i loved the bed because i sleep perfect. The breakfast is good but basic, the baths (men only and woman only, are warm and nice to relax with wide opening times and free for hotel guests)Room has airconditioning and a tv with apple airplay on it.Only this APA could improve is to get some bigger slippers (shoes) in the room the are one size only :(Location is als perfect 2 minute walk from Metro station Gyoemmae and about 10-15 min walking from Shinjuku central station.

The stay was okay up until room service got involved. Our room was very small but that was ok. We had the room serviced in the middle of our stay, and from there requested to receive new towels only for the remainder. They even have a policy where they do not enter the room unless requested. We had requested towels and one of the service maids insisted that she come into our room to clean. We respectfully declined as we didn’t need the room cleaned and were leaving the next couple days. This was a back and forth for about 5-10 minutes, and thought it was settled. We left for the day and upon coming back they had entered our room against our request. Certain items were not only moved, but I found my laptop upside down and mishandled. That is unacceptable and an invasion of privacy entirely. If we only request towels then that absolutely shouldn’t be an issue. Especially for a hotel that says they will only clean when requested.

Although the room is small, it is well-equipped. The bathtub in the bathroom looks small, but it is designed to be wider. It is very comfortable to take a bath after shopping. There is also a public bath on the first floor of the basement. When taking the elevator, you often encounter other residents wearing bathrobes. For coming and going; ice machines, microwave ovens and self-service washing machines are provided on the basement floor, which are convenient functions. The room is well soundproofed, and the TV can use mobile phone mirroring. However, errors often occur when watching videos on streaming platforms, or the connection is easily disconnected after successfully starting the video halfway through watching it. If the room cleaning service is not used that day, the service staff will also directly hang up a package. The new spare is on the door handle. There is a 7-11 and a small supermarket next to the hotel, and FamilyMart and Matsuya are opposite the hotel. Basically, there is no need to worry about going hungry. It is very close to 2-chome and is suitable for travelers who want to go to nightclubs at night.
