Stayed here for about 4-5 days, and overall, it was a pretty convenient experience. Getting to the hotel from Akihabara station was super easy — it’s just a 5-7 minute walk. There’s a decent-sized lift that fit all four of us plus our luggage and carry-ons comfortably. The staff were really friendly and explained everything clearly, like the cleaning schedule and how to request fresh towels. They also had a bunch of free amenities near the counter, like slippers, earplugs, combs, and toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. They’ve got a small café area too, so you can sit and eat if you like, and they provide a microwave for heating up food. There’s even a jug of water for anyone needing to stay hydrated. We stayed in Room Layout J, I think — it had one queen bed and two singles. The beds were comfy, and each one had a USB-A outlet at the headrest for easy charging. They also have touch-sensitive lamps, which was great if you didn’t want to wake anyone else up. The room was fairly spacious, and the aircon worked well. The bathroom was a bit small, with a typical shower-over-bathtub setup, but everything was manageable. Changing the water temperature was straightforward, and they provided hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Now, the main issue: the noise from the trains. To be fair, it's called UNDER RAILWAY HOTEL, but this is my opinion: The tracks were literally right above our room, and you could hear the trains pretty clearly, especially since the bed was right under them. The first night, it took us a while to fall asleep because the trains run until about 1 a.m. and start up again around 5 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be tough. The earplugs helped a little, but not completely. By the second night, though, we were so tired from exploring that we got used to it and slept fine.Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location and decent amenities, but if you’re a super light sleeper, the train noise might be an issue until they stop running for the night.

In the heart of Akihabara, the hotel is a unique experience for everyone. It is a 5 mins walk away from Akihabara station and you can walk to nearby arcades, restaurants and convenience stores.Reception staff were lovely checking us in and holding our suitcases ahead of check-in and after checkout. Ample amenities are available from reception and water etc.The room itself is a good size for a couple with good room for two checked in suitcases. Shower had high pressure and toilet had heater seats and fancy toilet technology. The shower room also has a shower line in the case you hand wash things.I was worried about the noise because you are directly under the railway and they offered earplugs but since we were out most of the day and by the time we came home, it wasn't that loud and because we were tired, we conked out despite the noise.

- The room is clean & bigger than the average Tokyo hotel room- The location is super convenient, perfect for those who like to visit Akihabara anime stores- Only a few minutes away from Akihabara Station- There are many restaurants nearby, Xiaoye + convenience stores can be found everywhere- The only thing... I don't want to wake people up, because sometimes the train makes a lot of noise when it passes by (it's really under the train track). If you don't mind, it's quite interesting. ^0^

Very good location to Akihabara subway and other subway lines, many restaurants nearby. The beds are fine. The staff is very friendly and polite. We had a room for five people and it is definitely too small. There is only a certain space for one suitcase, the other four suitcases have to stand on the very narrow narrow path, leaving only 30 cm for the sidewalk. The artificial plant wall decoration has accumulated a lot of dust over time, so it doesn't look really clean and is not pleasant for allergy sufferers. We knew that the hotel was located under the railway line and that it could be noisy due to the many connections (earplugs available at reception), but unfortunately this confirmed our suspicion that the noise from the train whizzing past was significant and we were not worried can really get used to it. The trains only have a break between 11:50 p.m. and 4:40 a.m., during which time we were able to find peace and quiet to sleep.

Only negative is that it’s pretty noisy under the tracks. If you are a light sleeper, that may not be for you. Otherwise location is excellent, room was great.

Stayed three nights. The hotel is pleasant, modern and well equipped. The rooms are well optimized and comfortable, without being very large.PLEASE NOTE: as the hotel is located under a metro station, the noise from these can be heard a lot, so don't be a light sleeper! In addition, the rooms between them are poorly soundproofed (you have to pray for quiet neighbors).Otherwise, the location is ideal and the staff very welcoming!
