On October 15, 2024, I tried to make a reservation for September 2025. On the official website, you can only enter reservations up to August 2025, so I contacted them by phone to find out when reservations could be made for September 2025. The person on the phone asked the surrounding staff, and then answered, "Six months ago." When I replied that I could make a reservation for August, 10 months in advance, I was told, ``Please make a reservation again at the end of the year.'' I can't make that reservation. He spoke politely, but his tone was not Japanese, and his answers were vague, so I gave up on asking. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's not the person on the phone who is at fault, but the staff around her.

Great location, just 1 minute walk from Sakae Station! There is a Family Mart on the first floor, so you can use it without getting wet.The room is also clean! The bathtub is small, but it's no problem if you just take a shower. If you are near Sakae Station, this is a hotel that is a candidate.

The service attitude of the staff is great. The staff can speak Chinese and English well. The hotel is like a Japanese-sized suitcase that cannot be opened. The bathroom has a bathtub.

Stayed for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. It was clean and nice. There was a convenience store downstairs which was convenient. Breakfast was a bento box.

Booked several months in advance for a family birthday celebration.Stayed mainly for sightseeing in Nagoya. The view from the room was good, and I could hardly hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, so I was able to sleep soundly at night. The room is the most spacious of any business hotel with a similar price plan that I have stayed at, and the floor plan and in-room facilities are easy to use, there are plenty of hangers, and the closet is spacious and has shelves, making it a comfortable space, making it a big hit with families. .Indoor facilities that exceed the price and a drink bar are also available! The access and location are so good that I wonder if it's worth the price...Everyone at the front desk responded politely and quickly. I would like to say that I have nothing to say, but I am a little disappointed that the cleaning of the room was lax...There was also miso soup and consommé soup at the drink bar, but even if you don't have that, it would be nice if you could have green tea or bancha tea bags that you could bring to your room from the front desk. Also, I usually carry my own basic cosmetics and pack supplies (because my skin gets irritated, etc., so I always carry the things I'm used to), so I think it would be convenient for long-term stays if I could borrow dishes and other items instead of having to carry them.

Like most Japanese hotels, the room is small, but tidy, you can take a bath, and the room is cleaned every day. There are many supplies, including bathrobes. There are free soups, coffee and water in the counter hall on the second floor that you can take by yourself. There are also coin-operated washing machines and dryers on this floor.Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the check-in machines are available in multiple languages. Passports of all guests are required for check-in! Don’t be lazy and only enter one person’s information! !The location is excellent: Don Quijote is next to it, and there is also a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor!--Disadvantages: If you stay in a room close to the road, you will be noisy by racing drivers, so you need to bring your own earplugs. The windows, window sills and curtains seem to have not been cleaned for a long time. The window glass is full of fingerprints, the window sill is covered with dust, and the curtains are filled with dust when moved. Especially the curtains are close to the bed, which is not friendly to allergy patients.**The picture shows the street view outside the room window**

I used it on a business trip. The rooms are clean and the location is excellent. There was a Family Mart on the first floor, and a Don Quijote across the street. On the second floor where the front desk is located, there are welcome drinks and free lockers where you can leave your luggage, so it's convenient.Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was weak.I was too weak to work on a PC and was at a level where I couldn't talk about it.

Disadvantages: There are small pieces of garbage left by the previous tenants in the toilet. The sound insulation is so bad that it will drive you crazy. The room is just a regular small room.Advantages: The location is very convenient, very close to the station, there is a family room on the first floor, a registration counter on the second floor, free soda, coffee and soup that you can take back to the room to drink! There are also bathrobes and supplies available on the second floor. The room is small and has everything but I don’t dare to take a dip in the bathtub…There is a 24-hour Don Quijote opposite👍In addition, this is a weathered area with a bit of nightlife. There is a strawberry specialty store in the weathered area, and the pudding is delicious! But when she turned around and saw the four men smiling at her friend, her friend was frightened to death! I said people might just nod politely and smile... I found a ramen shop called "Hatsu no Kaku Ramen". Their signature dish is tomato ramen! It's affordable and delicious!

Anyway, good locationThe room is bigger than I expectedI used it on a tour and the price was low and the cost performance was good.good shower headThe dryer is a plasmacluster one that is easy to use and comes standard. You can also rent a humidifier, which is nice.Security is also good because you use a card to ride the elevator. There is also a drink bar and unlimited smoothies in the morning.I'm really grateful that there are lockers that can be used even after check-in and check-out.There is also a coin laundry, so you can check the usage status from the TV in the room, which is convenient.I don't see anything particularly badI would like to use it again when I go to Nagoya.thank you
