Cockroaches in the room, unpleasant smell from the washing machine drain and brown spots everywhere in the room and in the hotel. When we asked for another room, we were given insecticides and cockroach traps (shown in the last picture). The alternative room after I declined the offer looked just as bad. Never again.

Worst hotel I've ever been to.The employees can't do anything about it, but there were brown stains everywhere in the room, cockroaches were running around, there was an unbearable smell coming from the shower and washing machine and there was far too little space. Towels were not changed, the futons were paper thin and the sheets were yellowish in color.The service was okay and quick but the room was disgusting. The hotel should be closed for this.

It is about 5 minutes away from Minowa Station in a straight line. The room is quite large for Japan. The toilet and bathroom are separated into two rooms, which is very convenient for four people. The refrigerator is large and convenient with double doors. It is really convenient to have a washing machine and clothes drying rack in the room, and there are two-hole sockets next to each bed, which is a super practical facility.There are love umbrellas in the lobby on the first floor. When checking out, you only need to throw the key into the mailbox at the front desk, but you have to take the garbage to the right side of the hotel. There is no towel replacement service during your stay (however, the bathroom has shower gel, body lotion and shampoo); hair dryer Considered powerful.There are convenience stores on the left and right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient (desserts are good); there is a 24-hour supermarket towards the subway. The peaches are very cheap, juicy and delicious. Highly recommend~ the drinks and drinking water of the same brand are also better than Supermarkets are cheap.The disadvantage is that the drain holes in the bathroom and sink have a very bad smell every morning, so remember to plug them.

The room is clean and tidy. I live in a two-story building. There is a microwave outside the room and umbrellas at the counter on the ground. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. This is worthy of praise! Access to the store or room is by key. If you need more keys, you have to ask for more. If you are given more than one key, it is close to the station and there is a 24-hour supermarket. This is the main selling point!

It is about 7 minutes away from the subway station. There are not many restaurants nearby, but there are many supermarkets. If you take a taxi from Ueno, it costs about 1,700 yen. I can check in by myself even if I arrive at 11 o'clock in the evening. There is a washing machine in the room, which is a quiet place in the middle of the city. Good choice.

Place was clean and the towels was clean. The room is big and it can accommodate a big family of 6. Room has washing machine and a detergent as well. The trash can is small so it gets filled easily. We had a few issues like we only have 5 glasses instead of 6 and the hair dryer have a broken handle. Issues were resolved after a day since the reception is not open 24hrs and we're also not available during their work hours.Location wise, walking distance to minowa station is okay for young people. For seniors, it's a bit taxing for them to walk that distance.Other than that, all is good. The place is very convenient if you get hungry at night. 7-11, lawson and supermarket are all available.

Since we were traveling with three people, I was lucky enough to find that this hotel had the option of three single beds! ! !The room is super large. Originally it seemed that it could accommodate up to five people. The other two beds were tatami beds, but the tatami area where three people stayed became a small living room for chatting and eating. It was super convenient and great! ! There is a lot of space in the room, and it’s no problem to spread out multiple suitcases at the same time! ! !The toilet, bathroom and washbasin are separated, which meets the needs of multiple people using it at the same time.
