It was terrible for me to go to Japan for the first time. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the hotel made our family stand at the counter for more than an hour when checking in. Because my child was required to make up for the age difference, I asked to choose the child when I made the reservation. This room type is available for 10 years old, but we were still not allowed to check in more than an hour later and had to pay 24,000 jyp.I was so angry that I cried. This is a shitty hotel. If you still have to pay extra after more than an hour, please tell the booking agency more than an hour in advance! Really poor service

The hotel is located near the station. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, convenience stores, Donki, supermarkets, and everything you need.

Recommend for those want to do some causal shoppings. There is direct JR line (around 1500 yens per trip) from the Narita airport to its nearby JR station.Staffs are helpful and responsive. The popular brands such as Doki, Sundrugs(B2/F in the shopping mall) & Muji, etc are not overcrowded and you can enjoy shopping if you are not looking for big brands.Convenient location, it has the separate indoor access to one Lawson convenient store (however, it will close at around 2100/2200).The 2/F access can go to the nearby shopping mall too(partly outdoor). This setting is quite nice under the rainy bad weather during my stay.Room is clean but does not have the adequate spacing for two big luggages. We need to ask for the extra luggage rack from the reception.

I went to the Japanese restaurant on the 24th floor. This is my favorite restaurant because it's quiet and has a great view.

It's super close to the station. Zara and Donki are nearby and the living facilities are very good. But the sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear the sounds from next door, outside the room and upstairs. I'm totally sorry for the price, but there are daily supplies and water. There is a sofa area and a landscape window in the room. It is no problem to open the 24-inch suitcase. However, the sofa in the room I stayed in may be broken. There is a metal sound every time I sit down...

I stayed in a suite. After all, it's a good location. The bar on the top floor offers a spectacular view of the Kinshicho skyline and Sky Tree, depending on the type of restaurant. The staff are polite and reliable, and even though there are many foreign tourists, many of them seem to speak English. It is a good hotel that has a luxurious feel and is used to dealing with tourists.
