Little bit hard to find but the main door is on the main road glass double doors at ground level with the name written on them. It is not around the corner on the side street like Google maps seems to say. This place is absolutely fine.I stayed last night just for one night in bed 3D and there was definitely not any bed bugs others there were also concerned after reading these reviews but seems they have fixed the problem. Everything else with the place was great except the mattresses are super thin but that seems to be normal here. I like a hard bed but this is very hard. The location is much better than I thought short walk to you in a park which has the zoo and museum and a lot of great restaurants in ueno. It's cheap quiet plenty of aircon. And the good system to check in and check out on the iPad and you can leave your bags which is always useful .

Stayed in level 3, private room with a friend which was infested with bedbugs. I now have bites all over my legs, arms and neck. Not worth it, do not stay here.

☆OneStayed for 2 nights. It was the worst than the guesthouses I stayed at around Sensoji Temple. When I'm using an electric kettle or watching TV at night, I hear the staff rattling around replacing garbage bags, and they don't even say, "Excuse me," and even when the guests are eating, the staff don't bother me. But what is cleaning? That's what it feels like. When it comes to rain leaks, no one can say they're going to feel better if they just give simple first aid to the guest room. The air conditioner is so effective that it's so cold that you don't have to wear long sleeves, and the fact that guests can't control it doesn't really add much to the benefit of staying there. It is best not to think about staying here for a long time, including yourself.
