Stayed for two nights. I thought it would be nice to have tomatoes 🍅 and fruits in my morning salad. The coffee is Ogawa Coffee and there is also herbal tea. There are also amenities. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. You can use the room key to access the elevator, but you can't enter the hotel from the convenience store without the room key. You can also store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Within 10 minutes walk from AkasakamitsukeThere is a large public bath and a convenience store on the 1st floor, so it's convenient. The room was really just for sleeping, so it was nice because it was small but clean. The hair dryer in the public bath was properly refurbished!Recommended for staying as a business hotel

Disappointed. The location is good since it is close to many stations and it is nice that it has a convenience store on the first floor, but the service was not great. It said room cleaning starts at 10am but it seemed to start outside our room at around 8:30am and go all day... The staff were very loud during cleaning times and it woke us up. There was loud talking and banging noises constantly. Our room seemed to be located by a central cleaning point but I still have never experienced this in any other hotel. The garbage was left in the hallway most of the day.We asked for different pillows (the ones in the room were the special kind with pebbles that maybe some people like but it didn't work for us) and they could only give us one alternate (normal type, basic Ikea pillow) that we could use since they ran out of stock. There are two of us so we took turns with it. We just spent a week in a camper van so our expectations were low, we aren't picky and normally I wouldn't write a review about this. When room cleaning came they took the pillow case off and left us with a bare pillow which got sorted in the end but I just don't understand.Disappointed with the hotel in general, but especially disappointed in the service. We won't stay here again.

Personal sharing from a 4-night stay👍Advantages:new equipmentLocation close to Shibuya and ShinjukuThere are many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as McDonald's and department stores. The large bath is very comfortable and comes with pajamasSupplies shampoo and conditioner are very good for washing👎Disadvantages:The double room is 13m2 and the CP value is not high compared to the price. The 26-inch suitcase cannot be opened and the window cannot be opened facing the wall for ventilation. The washer and dryer would take a long time to dry, and they would not dry (it took 50 minutes for the dryer to come). The pillow is very flat and difficult to sleep on

Location and cleanliness are both good. I think it's good value for money because you can use the bathhouse for free in Tokyo and the facilities are good. But the soundproofing is a bit lacking.
