#No matter what, I don't appreciate the old feeling anymore. The customer service is currently good (2024,10), but#The room is already old# The width of the semi-double bed is narrow#Air conditioning in all rooms is unified and cannot be set individually#It's a fair distance from the stationThat's what it feels like.3-4 stars for price and customer serviceLet's renovate it soon.TAXI is probably just around the corner, around Iidabashi and Korakuen.

The location is perfect, closest to the Koishikawa Botanical Garden, but there was no Wi-Fi connection and I had to use the mobile network. I think the guest rooms are perfect value for money for people who just want to sleep. However, the springs of the bed were hard, the pillows were too fluffy, and all night long there was a roaring noise that sounded like an airport storm, making it difficult to sleep. I recommend it to people who say, "That doesn't matter."

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days for training.I don't want to stay any longer.Below are some points that I personally found interesting. You can refer this if you like.・BathroomThe water from the faucet won't stop.Mold is noticeable.・Room (4th floor)Lighting is dark. When I was sleeping in bed, my skin felt prickly.(There may be a lot of mites)The power supply around the TV is dangerous due to the octopus wiring.I used a smoking room, but I smoked a lot.The smell was strong. (that's all)

It was already a love hotel, and the gasping voice from the room across the street echoed throughout the hallway and all the rooms, and as a child emperor myself, I was truly disappointed. thank you

It was the worst hotel (in Japan) I've ever stayed in in my life.I used it because my destination was nearby, but the four corners of the room were full of dust and mold. The refrigerator and bathtub were also covered in black mold. The air in the whole room was stagnant and the smell of humidity was so bad that I really didn't want to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in room 407.While I was out, the air conditioner was leaking water (quite a lot) and the water collected in the trunk, which was spread out on the floor, and my clothes were soaked.Since it was late at night, I informed the staff when checking out the next morning, but there was no apology. Why aren't you going home? I was told, ``It's okay,'' as if I were a customer. It was probably a foreigner, but I wondered if he could at least say a word of apology.I think it would be better to educate them about the minimum requirements for customer service.
