It's a pretty nice inn, but the edges of the walls of the private Japanese-style room were dirty with dust.

This was a great stay. I am biased because I love capsule hotels. This is by far the best i have stayed at. The restaurant attached was great and the workers were extremely nice and helpful. After getting lost for a while on the trains; friendly faces and nice food was just what i needed to brighten up the trip again. The place is gorgeous, sleeping quarters comfortable. I love the cubbies, I feel like I'm a bee in a hive. Such a funny feelingWould highly rate if you are stopping through, especially if you have a group. Nice hangout areas

It's clean, the staff is kind, the linens in the bedroom are hotel-quality, and the soundproofing is good. The facilities were perfect, including the shower room and toilet. The best part is not only the cold water and hot water and the service, but also the breakfast with homemade bread.I felt the love for the guests.I enjoyed the meal while looking out at the morning sun and greenery from the window. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was so good that I don't think I'll find a better place to stay anywhere in the future.Your kindness when I called that my arrival time would be delayed.I'll never forget the thoughtful voice.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work.Maybe it was because it was a weekday, but the woman had the whole room by herself for both days. There were 4-5 men staying on the first day and 2-3 men on the second day.During the two days I stayed there, there were no foreigners, only Japanese guests.During check-in time, there was one female and one male staff member. There is one male staff member during the morning hours. The women-only room has 12 capsule-type private rooms, each with three showers, toilets, and sinks. There is a dedicated room for storing large luggage, such as suitcases and backpacks.Place your valuables in a small locker with a lock. For consecutive nights, new towels were placed on the bed the next day. There was only one air conditioner in the room, and a remote control was placed in the common space. It's like taking it into your room, setting it up, using it, and then putting it back in.If an unspecified number of people are staying, it may not be possible to adjust the temperature to suit your needs. There is a refrigerator, but it's shared, so you write your name on it with a magic marker and put it away.It seems like the inside of the refrigerator is not cleaned frequently. It's not that it's dirty, but compared to the refrigerators in business hotels...There are shared slippers available for use, but they are not sanitized, so if you are concerned about that, you may want to bring your own.As for water, there is a water server, so you don't have to bring your own. There is also hot water, so you can eat cup ramen. There was also ice. There are unexpectedly many people who spend their evenings in the common space. They were relaxing, eating, drinking, and playing with their phones. It's a short 20 minute walk from the nearest station, Haijima Station, so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be a good idea to take the bus.-----[Amenity] Free items・Bath towel, face towel, bath mat*There is no face wash, so you must bring your own.・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap・Cotton swabs, cotton, hair dryer・Cup (glasses, coffee cups, etc.)・Chopsticks, spoons, forks, stirrers・Instant coffee, tea, etc.・Water, boiling water, ice·Earplug*Toothbrushes, combs, slippers, razors available for a fee-----[Breakfast] 6:00~・Bread (3 types)*Chocolate and blueberry marble bread, white bread, croissants, etc. vary depending on the day.·Boiled egg·Yogurt*Danone's plain, berry, and fruit mix were available.・Corn soup, onion soup, potage (instant)・Apple juice, hot coffee, etc.*Coffee was brewed by the staff in the morning.

Was quite lost finding this area in the Summer but the lounge area and atmosphere was really nice, if Sho (the manager) was there, he can speak english and is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond for you. He sometimes stays up to 1am due to guests checking in that late but try not to do it yah.Theres free buffet style breakfast, its plenty for simple folks, Towels are free, toothbrush, shavers are affordable at 50yen, Bicycles are 500 yen for the entire day which is excellent if you want to cycle along the tama river. The capsule bed is comfy clean and hygenic as well. Theres a luggage storage room and plenty of shower areas. The soap and shampoo provided is one of the nicest frangrance in my whole trip in Japan. Call directly to book if you wish to avoid the online booking fees of many platforms. Highly reccomend
