Arranged by Jalan. Selected as a hotel in Tokyo where you can stay for less than 10,000 yen on a Friday night. I walked for about 10 minutes from Okubo Station, but it didn't feel that far. It's quiet and there's nothing around. It helps that Lawson is right in front of me.To be honest, I was surprised that I was only given the key at check-in and wasn't even informed of the check-out time, but again, it's not a problem. (I thought there might be some people who don't need unnecessary explanations.)

The room is large, the location is good and there is a beautiful Japanese pond with waterfalls, fish etc in front of the hotel.Otherwise it's obviously a cheap hotel. A lot of old dust has accumulated on all the ventilation and air conditioning systems and the carpets look a bit old.The bed has a very hard mattress. It was too hard for me at 90kg 1.90 but I still slept well. You only have a small, rather soft pillow. A second one would have been good. The kettle in the room took forever to warm up and there was only one tea bag. It's okay.

It is a 5-8 minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station, with Lawson across the street. Near the station are Donki, 7-11, Family Mart, Business Super, and many restaurants open until early morning. The location is quite convenient. One employee behaved irritably, but other employees behaved normally. The room size is slightly larger than other hotels in the same price range (ordinary twin room), but the bathroom is very narrow (a little smaller than APA). Even a medium-sized girl may find it a bit hard to take a shower. However, the water pressure is sufficient, and the room has nothing but The outside of the shower curtain and walls are clean.Breakfast is free for guests staying in the hotel. Although it only has croissants, cereals, milk, juice, tea, and coffee, it feels good because it is free.

Just got back from staying 12 days in Tokyo. Stayed in this hotel as it is located just off the main hustle and bustle.. On a quiet street. Rooms are spacious and nice. Bathroom was a little tight on space.. Might just be me.. But had all you need, fantastic shower, sink and fancy toilet. Breakfast was adequate in the mornings.. Choice of cereal, juices, tea and coffee. Friendly staff and cleaners. I would stay here again if I came to Tokyo again. Thank you for making my holiday comfortable. 😊👍🏼
