The front desk staff and luggage storage were very polite and made me feel at ease. The room had a separate toilet and bath, so it felt like I was coming home and taking a bath, which made me feel very relaxed as I love baths. If I ever return to Tokyo, I would like to make a reservation again.

I was bitten by a bed bug.I woke up in the morning because it was itchy. There are rows of bite marks that are characteristic of bed bugs. There is no compensation for not finding bedbugs in the room.If you don't catch bedbugs in your roomWill bed bug bites go away?Change rooms at dawnI was so anxious that I couldn't sleep and left early in the morning...I'll never go again.

I chose this place because it was near Ginza and seemed to have good accessibility, but the distance from the station to the hotel was a bit vague. There are three or four subway stations nearby, but most of them require a 7 to 10 minute walk to get to them. If you count walking from the exit to the subway station, it feels like it takes even longer. As soon as I checked in, I found cosmetics on the blanket when I entered the room, but since I had to go out right away, I requested that the bed and blanket be replaced during housekeeping the next day. However, despite the request, the foundation-stained blanket was used until the day of check-out.Perhaps because it's an old hotel, it was cold when I slept because of the strong wind, and the air conditioner didn't work well, so when I turned on the air conditioning, I got warm air while I was sleeping, and when I turned on the heating, cold air came in through the vents. The air conditioner was too loud, so I turned off the heating, put on more clothes, and went to bed because of the noise itself and the dust in the vents. The bed was not in good condition and was tilted to one side. I thought it wouldn't be a big problem, but my back hurt when I woke up in the morning.Crucially, the room was so small that it was difficult to spread out even a suitcase. One of the most inconvenient parts was that I thought it was not cost-effective for the size of the room, so I cannot recommend it. People who went to the hotel with a double room option rather than a single room said that they were all satisfied, but the single room may have felt particularly small and uncomfortable... In the photos, the double and twin rooms all looked good.

A single room for one person. The room size is okay. Breakfast is included. The breakfast menu does not change much every day, but it is delicious.I like that the bathroom and toilet are separated, but the sink is right next to the bed, which I don't like very much. Washing hands will spill to the side, but it's not unacceptable.I like that the tub is big enough for your feet to stretch out.The location is close to Higashi Ginza Station, about 5-10 minutes walk. Donki and Ginza neighborhoods are nearby, so shopping is very convenient. The only drawback may be that the two washing machines seem to be a bit too few, so you really have to grab them if you want to wash clothes😅Finally, thank you to the kind service staff.

The room is very clean, the suitcase can be fully opened, and it is close to the subway. There is a 7-11 downstairs nearby. The only sad thing is that the service staff did not tell me to get the toothbrush in the lobby😳

The nearest metro is Ginza Higashi although Ginza is about 13min away through the shopping districts with international brands. The area feels more safer as it is considered a bit more upmarket. …
