Hotel is less than 1min from the station ticket gates, connected by a covered walkway. Quiet rooms, super clean, and helpful staff. Super convenient being on the Yamanote Line. The bathrooms are nice and there's no step up to it (they're nearly level with the floor), so you won't stub your toe going in. The single rooms have a decent amount of space. There are two coin laundry washers and dryers in the hotel. Optional breakfast is provided by Denny's on the 2nd floor (same level as the lobby). Denny's in Japan is a lot better than the USA.

Don't modify it...I've stayed there several times over the last year for several months.I was very disappointed to hear that the recent renovations have made the guest rooms smaller to maximize profits and have been renovated in the same style as other Hotel Mets. Honestly, it's so sad.The layout, interior design, and atmosphere before the renovation were the most relaxing space of any hotel I've ever stayed at. In particular, the direction of the bed (when you sleep, the window is on the side, not directly in front of you) and the desk was perfect, and the size of the desk was comparable to that of a luxury hotel. I have good memories.Even if I was renting an apartment and living at home, I would like to go back and stay overnight for a change of scenery someday, but I don't think it's worth it at the current Mets. With this, the uniqueness of Hotel Mets Komagome has been lost forever. Thank you very much for everything.

Very recommended hotel. Directly connected with the JR Komagome and Metro station, not even need to worry about rain, all is good. Wheelchair accessible too for my grandmother. You can come early and leave your luggage here. Check in is easy using a computer. The only hard time i have is the pillow is so thin, but you can ask the staff for more pillows, so its alright. They have abundance of amenities you can use. I end my day in the bathtub because of it, its refreshing. The room is also spacious. I can open 2 large luggage in the room. There is also many food and restaurants around. Fast food chain like McDonald or Matsuya or KFC is also nearby. You can find many convinience store too, 7eleven, family mart, lawson, newdays.Too bad that they are close for renovation now, i cannot book it for this october. But hope to see them getting better. I will definitely recommend this place to my family n friends who come to tokyo.

If possible, if the TV had an app like Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro, I would have been able to enjoy U-NEXT on a big screen.

The transportation is convenient, and the room type and price have high CP value. There are 711 and Lawson next to it, and there are JR Yamanote Line and Namboku Line subway immediately after walking out (note that the entrances are different so you don’t go wrong)The service staff are very kind!TV content is subject to update.

All Mets are well-maintained, so you can feel safe. Breakfast is even better if you go to a place other than Denny's like in Shibuya.

I only stayed for one night for sightseeing.Customer service is polite! It was very convenient because it was directly connected to the station and there was a convenience store downstairs, and you could go directly to Denny's (family restaurant, where you can eat breakfast) from the front desk!Check-in and check-out are basically done by yourself using digital devices. When checking in, a video call was automatically connected and they supported me until the end, so I was able to complete the process with peace of mind even though I was on my own. In addition, if necessary, we were able to receive face-to-face support, and as soon as we pressed the call button, a staff member came to the rescue. Everyone was polite and responded quickly! At this price range, this hospitality is really great. The rooms were well-cleaned and we had a comfortable stay! I just asked for a non-smoking room, but when I first entered the room, there was a hint of cigarettes floating in the air. It smelled like. I got used to it after a while, but I was a little concerned because everything else was perfect. It looks like the facility will be closed for a while to prepare the facilities, so I hope things will be improved at that time. Also, the water in the toilet was unusually noisy, and I was worried that it might disturb people in neighboring rooms, so I got a little scared every time I used it at night or early in the morning (lol)Although it was directly above the station, there was almost no outside noise, and the building seemed to be well constructed.I would like to use it again when I have something to do nearby.By the way, you can see all the buildings in the city! I can't do that (lol) because there aren't any very tall buildings around, and the surrounding area is a calm, old-fashioned townscape. It's a safe place to rest, and I think that's actually a good thing.I didn't have time this time, so I couldn't stop by, but there are places around where you can feel the history such as Rikugien Garden, and if you go a little further, you can eat while walking around Sugamo's shopping district, so this hotel's It seems like you can do some good sightseeing just by taking a walk around the area.
