Hotel was a bit dirty but fine. Standard business hotel rooms. The problem is that somebody was recording men naked in the changing room of the spa. I reported this and the hotel employee kept telling me to ignore it. I pointed out there were three of us in that spa and it would be trivial to check card reader logs. Eventually they called someone in a cop uniform. After the second "baka gaijin" I turned on the translation on my phone and the gist is that they refused to provide any access logs to the cops so it wouldn't be investigated. Just with a lot of bigotry. On the way back up to my room, someone who heard me loudly talk about how men are being recorded naked in the changing spa said this happened at this hotel all the time.

This hotel was the worst part of my trip. It was a bad idea to economise on the place to stay for the last 2 nights in Japan. The front desk is not kind at all, in fact everything is automatically, but that’s ok. The smell on the rooms is horrible because you can’t open windows and therefore the air is stuffy. Curtains and the windows were so dirty. If you are planning to go to the sento (the public bath) this is not a good place to do it - again it’s dirty and does not match the photos - it’s tiny for girls. on top of that the open air bath was out of service. They also had problems with elevators - there are 28 floors with 3 small elevators and there were always people waiting because they couldn’t enter the elevator from the first second or even third attempt.Very disappointing and not clean

Located in the center of Shinjuku. The hotel is in a great location as it is next to the airport bus stop, Seibu Railway station, and the famous Kabuki Tower. There is also a large public bath inside the hotel, so you can wash away the fatigue of your trip.
