Hotel well located in Kyoto, close to a metro station, 20 minutes walk from Nishiki Market, and you can access other places not far away.Comfortable beds, impeccable service (in English), bathroom with a real shower and space in extra rooms. Very good soundproofing, I really liked this hotel.Breakfast not tested

The location and facilities were really good for the price range.However, due to the location, the view is from the front building.Breakfast is simpler than expected, so it would be a good idea to get it at a nearby restaurant.

I don't want to give even 1 star.The receptionist was in training and was working hard to help me, but a woman with a higher rank came out even though I hadn't called her and her attitude towards both the people in training and the customers was terrible. . When I handed over my cell phone to confirm my reservation, they grabbed it. I was told that it had been cancelled, and when I checked to see if there were any spaces available that day, I was greeted with a half-smile, which made me uncomfortable. I also saw that they were rude in their dealings with foreign customers.I was really glad I didn't stay at a hotel with people like this. I stayed at a different hotel that day, but everyone there was friendly and the service was perfect. Even if I make a mistake, I won't stay here.The male staff member in training would be better off working at another hotel lol.

I really liked my stay hereFirst of all, the location is very good, it is close to Akihabara to go on foot, it has Lawson and it is close to several useful metersThe beds were comfortableThe bathrooms were private and had a bathtub on top of it, which is great to be able to take a bath.They give you various amenities and pajamasThey had an ice machine, water, microwave, etc.The staff very friendly and attentive

Horrible stay especially for families with kids. Suffocating tiny room with limited ventilation and lightning. Charged breakfast has no option for kids. Coffee and yogurt is the worst we had. We found a Starbucks nearby and paid additional money for breakfast.

This hotel is very unfriendly to foreigners. You can only check in at three o'clock in the afternoon. If you check in early, you will be charged several thousand JPY. Then you will have to check out immediately at eleven o'clock in the morning. If you are late for ten minutes, you will be charged 1,500 JPY per hour. These rules are not informed in advance when checking in, but when charging, they say that the hotel has strict rules. I stayed at a hotel next door before and there was no charge for early check-in or late check-out, and they even gave me an umbrella on rainy days. Do not recommend this hotel

We enjoy visiting Japan. This was our 5 trip. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 10. The hotel is close to 4 major train and subway stations. From any of which you have full access to the city. Additionally, the hotel 2 blocks away from Akahibra Electric Town.

We've stayed here for 3 days. At first I thought the room was a bit small, but it actually had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom had all the amenities and the room was cleaned everyday if you wanted (otherwise you get fresh towels). There is also free coffee in the lobby. The price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but with a lot of supermarket options & also close to public transport.
