Although there are many roomsThere's only one elevator, so when it's busy. It's so traumatic that the elevator doesn't come and I can't ride it.The large public bath would probably be very crowded if there was only one sink.No complaints about the rooms, but no repeat visits

The service was very helpful and friendly. The room is small, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise and the toilet flush has a slight leak, which meant that we were disturbed during the night. The hotel is very close to the Yamanote.

The air conditioner smells too bad! Haven't you cleaned your air conditioner? I felt sick.I turned off the air conditioner and opened the window, but the noise from outside was so loud and it was so hot that I couldn't even get a good night's sleep.Very disappointing as everything else was good.I couldn't stand the heat so I turned on the air conditioner again, but the smell was so bad it gave me a headache.

The room was just for sleeping, but it was comfortable, and it was amazing that I could do things like integrated management with a tablet. The room had a bathtub in the bathroom, and there was also a shared spa.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a subway nearby, many cafes, shops, Starbucks, and you can walk around Akihabara every day. The neighboring areas can also be reached on foot. …

I was not stay here again. This is for Budget travelers that one small tiny box rooms. The staff was very friendly, but when I saw the room I wanted to check out and not stay the second night, I wasn't staying the first night either but understood I would pay for it since I had already checked in. I asked the guy at counter if I could cancel the second night and he said no problem. I should've gotten the guys name, the hotel blamed the intermediary service, agoda said hotel didnt answer. Back and forth of no results, shouldnt of trusted without getting in writing the ok to cancel. If you want a small box and a budget hotel this is fine, the hallway from end and may be 20 feet. The problem I have is when a hotel says I can check out and cancel and not pay the second night and it doesn't happen and they do not make it
