Most of them were foreigners. I felt that the public bathhouse was quite unfriendly to foreigners. I had sea bread.

The location, although unsettling at first (very small streets) is correct with convenience stores and restaurants nearby but is quite far from a train station. The service is correct and the staff is very nice, it's a shame that human contact at check-in is replaced by a machine. For a family of 2 adults and 2 children we had to take 2 rooms which are very small but considering Tokyo, you should not expect spaciousness. The value for money is very good. Attention ⚠️ very few washing machines in the hotel but there is a laundromat at the bottom of the hotel to make up for this lack.

Although it is located in Kabukicho, it is a little far away so you can feel calm.The room is bright and clean, and there is storage space under the bed, which is great for tourists with a lot of luggage.

The room is small, which is acceptable, but the sound insulation is really not very good...I heard voices talking outside for several nights in a row (high floor)You can still hear the sound of construction during the day...it's really not good for sleep quality

Location was great and the staff could speak adequate (but not enough) English.Bed was super comfortable and it was very clean.The walls were super thin! I could hear thr other person in the room next to my on the phone, watching TV...Its a bit overpriced for my taste.

The room was comfortable and practical although small in size. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and food stores.The Spa area is very pleasant and clean.No security issues.

We chose this hotel for our stay in Tokyo.It is not bad located between Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations, although it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to both.Check-in is completely automatic and the rooms are ridiculously small, although this is the trend in Tokyo.For the price we paid, it wasn't bad, but I don't know if I would choose it again. I would try to find something with a location very close to the Yamanote Line and with more spacious rooms, even if I had to pay more for it.

Petit foreign country. Many different races stay here.All foreigners have tattoos, so it would be nice if tattoos were allowed in the public baths.

Everything is good, the location is adequate, there is parking, the mattress is soft and comfortable. But finding a hotel is quite difficult. You have to look at a good branch because there are many APA hotel branches in that area. I would like to deduct one point.

The rooms and facilities are clean, and the large public bath is satisfactory. Warm water is best. The problem is that in the west wing, you have to go outside once to go to the public bath.

Use GoTo Travel for a change of pace. There is a large public bath in the tower building, so you can use it in the west building where room rates are cheaper, but it's a bit cold since you'll be out (unlike Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, the desks are deep enough so it's not bad for working on your computer). There are 4 buildings in 3 locations in Higashi-Shinjuku Kabukicho alone, so I was a little worried that it would be confusing.
