From solo camping to family camping, this is recommended if you want to enjoy it more casually.It's great to be able to enjoy day camping during the day and sleep in an air-conditioned bed without having to think about mats or sleeping bags.The amount of luggage you carry will be reduced and it will be much easier.There are some disadvantages, such as cancellation fees, being small for a campsite, and being relatively expensive, but it is close to the city center and is especially recommended for beginners and couples.I posted this because I want it to stay open for a long time.

Loved this place. Lost in nature at the foot of Kirishima volcanoes national park.Very clean and well maintained.Feels like camping except with a real bed.Not easily accessible by foot. Be ready for a 50 minute hike from the JR station.

The staff was kind, the room was minimalist and comfortable, and there was a campsite outside, which was a great place!I felt that it was easy to stay here because the altitude was a little high and the air was not polluted!

I never thought there was a place where I could feel so free and carefree.I made a reservation for a room with a bath, but the Cosmos hot springs next door were not necessary.Please take a look at this view to see why it is highly rated.

Thank you for taking care of me when I returned home.I was very impressed with the care and consideration of the staff.They lent me a cassette stove and I was able to have dinner while looking at the night sky!Thank you for the very happy time.The futons and facilities in the room were all clean and very comfortable.I will use it again when I return to Kobayashi.

I went there for a visit from Tokyo on my way home.Even though I checked in late, they took the trouble to wait in the cold and even turned on the air conditioner in my room.The barbecue was prepared very carefully, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful and it was a lot of fun!Also, the fact that the room wasn't too big made me feel at ease! Everything I needed was right where I wanted it, and the bed was so fluffy that I slept better than at other hotels! lolI would definitely like to use it again when I return home♪

The location is near the Ikoma Highlands, just a short distance from the wide-area farm road ``Miyamakirishima Road.'' Not bad as a base for sightseeing in Kirishima. You can easily find it by searching for ``Cosmos Hot Springs'' on your navigation system. It is located on the same premises as Cosmos Onsen. In front of the container house, you can see the mountains of Kirishima and there is a grassy field, so the location is good. However, summer afternoons are hot due to the strong western sun.The interior of the container house is made of wood, and although it is small, it is not uncomfortable. There is a bed, a small desk/chair, a refrigerator, and a clock. Wi-Fi is working, but no TV. There are no amenities either. If you don't have a bus but would like to take a bath, you can use Cosmos Onsen. It costs 400 yen, but the water temperature is high. Toilets, showers, and washrooms are shared. Although it is kept clean, it is often left dirty by users.If you take advantage of it, it's cheap, so it's not a bad choice for an inn.The downside is that the staff don't give very detailed explanations, and some of the users are not public-minded, which can make you feel uncomfortable. When I used the place, a family with two elementary school students was staying there, and they left the barbecue unattended without cleaning up, making a lot of noise until after 10 p.m., making them uncomfortable. In addition, the tray was left unflushed twice.If you don't like that kind of thing, I think a city hotel in the city is better because the price difference is not that big.

The container room is spacious enough.In fact, it might be more relaxing if it's not too spacious.The magnificent Kirishima Mountain Range can be seen from the large windows facing southwest, giving you the feel of a base camp for mountain climbing.The showers and toilets are shared, but they were very clean and I was able to use them without any hesitation.The room has a small refrigerator, pot, mineral water, desk and chair, umbrella stand, trash can, and clock, so you won't have any problems even if you stay for a long time.There is free Wi-Fi and wired LAN outlets, so if you bring your laptop, you won't have to worry about entertainment.The price is reasonable, so I think it's perfect as a base for consecutive nights of mountain climbing, fishing, biking, etc.!
