after having read the reviews I was very scared to come here but after my 3 night stay I can gladly say I didn't encounter any bedbugs etc. , everything seemed very clean and the rooms were more spacious than I expected, staff was friendly and helpful and the metro is right outside and connects directly to HND and NRT

Due to evening flight delays and subway delaysIt looks like it will arrive past the check-in deadline of 11 p.m.I sent an email in advance around 7 or 8 p.m.I arrived at 11:30, 30 minutes late, and pulled the store door open, but it was closed as expected. There was no email confirmation or reply, and with the help of a Japanese friend, I tried calling the Japanese extension on a Japanese cell phone, but it did not connect.Since the accommodation fee was paid after check-in, payment has not yet been made and only a reservation has been made.Naturally, I became a no-show.Today is the day of the Tokyo Fireworks Festival.Net cafes and all lodging establishments were fully booked. With nowhere to go in a far away foreign country, I ended up sleeping on the streets! !Punctuality is necessary to prevent mishaps like mine from happening. It was my fault for being late for check-in.Even the businesses that didn't contact me... it was all an ambiguous experience.

Overall it's very good, I recommend buying gym tickets🏋🏻The location is very good, close to the subway station. There is no need to transfer from Narita Airport, and there are direct buses to almost all other attractions! It was surprisingly quiet, but on the last day there were several Westerners walking around in the corridor without shirts on. It was useless even if I told them 😣 I felt very uncomfortableIt’s inconvenient not to have a water dispenser. Only the super-icy lemonade from the cafe on the first floor can be filled🍋

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff's response and smiles were very good. I would like to use it again when I go to Tokyo.

Men and women live in mixed rooms but haven't encountered any problems, and it's generally quite clean! The water in the bathroom is also very strong and meets my needs, and the air conditioner is also very comfortable without being overheated☺️The breakfast is delicious. Come again if you have a chance

Excellent staff at this hotel. The facilities are very clean and modern. The lunch I ate there was delicious and cheaper than most food in Tokyo. The gym is very nice. They advertise bicycles but they don’t really have bicycles. Only a very expensive bike rental delivery service that I used. I had a man walk into the women’s bathroom on me naked which was not great. I think it was a staff member doing afternoon cleaning who didn’t knock or wait to enter. I can’t be sure that he was staff but either way I didn’t like that the sliding doors gave little privacy. The hostel is very close to the subway. They need to remove bicycles available and add closest metro stops to their listing in Hostelworld. Beds were clean but you are in a coed room with many many bunks.

It was my first time staying here.In conclusion, I don't want to stay there again.Other people have also written,There are so many dust mites on the bedI was bitten and killed. It was really tough because I have allergies. The interior was probably because I stayed there on a rainy day,As other people were hanging out their laundry to dry,The humidity in the room is awful.I think it's a good place for ticks to live.I specified the bottom row, butThe upper mat is placed directly on top.I think I would normally make a base with plywood or something. Also, there are few curtain runners, soEven if the curtains are closed, people passing by in the hallway can see everything.I've had many encounters with disgusting people.
