I stayed in a panoramic twin room on the 35th floor. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was good. It's a bit far from the station, but walking underground from Nitori isn't too difficult.

We had dinner with music at Chef's Palette on the first floor. When making the reservation, I told them that I wanted to avoid raw foods and caffeine. The operation was fairly smooth (the same soup was delivered twice, the tables on both sides had explanations of the dishes but we didn't have them, and there was a mistake on the bill). The taste wasn't bad and the performance was great, but after the performance, the performer (an acquaintance of mine from outside the hotel) gestured to me and said, "You're pregnant." In other words, one of the staff members passed on extremely personal information about the customer to a third party. (I didn't tell any of my acquaintances that I was pregnant, nor did I have any intention of telling them, and I don't have a large stomach.) I searched for a direct complaint, but they don't accept complaints through the form, and I was told to do so over the phone. . I don't have the energy or stamina to do so, so I'll post it here.

10/10 service and comfort. Staffs were always friendly and obliged to requests, loaned free umbrellas during rainy days, and cleaned our rooms daily without fail. Location is convenient, situated in many major metro stations and shopping malls. Family mart sells affordable and quality food. Breakfast served daily, menu is repetitive, but I heard thats how it is in Japan. Only downside is the lift may take quite awhile as there’d be many ppl during busy hours, especially morning and night.

As expected, the hospitality at the Prince Hotel was perfect.I arrived a little early for check-in at 3pm, but they kindly agreed to let me know if the room was in good condition. When you touch the card key in the elevator, it will automatically take you up to the nearest floor smoothly. The view from the upper floors was exceptional, and being able to see the night view from your hotel room is exceptional.Since I booked through JTB Travel, I received a free welcome drink.Check-out was also self-service and didn't take long at all.

The room is so small, but i think it is the standard in Tokyo. The air conditioner in my room was not cool at all, so the housekeeper put a fan. The breakfast was so crowded. We also waited the elevator for about 15 minutes because it was so crowded.
