One of the finest boutique hotels! The complimentary drinks and snacks were a wonderful touch. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an incredible fragrance throughout the hotel. We loved our room, especially the coffee machine and the Dyson hairdryer!

This hotel was a great experience to stay at. There's Family Mart close to the hotel and many taxis. Walking distance to Ginza six and other tourist attractions. The room size was good, and we had room to unpack and place items in the room. Amenities are included in the rooms. Each morning, continental breakfast was available, and at night evenings snacks with drinks. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They also assisted with reservations at restaurants. If I came back to Tokyo, I would stay here again.

Location is great! It’s a couple mins walk from Chuo Dori so hard to beat! But it stops there. It’s a small hotel, the reception lobby is very small and doubles as the “lounge”.They have free drinks between 5pm-10pm but don’t expect much, you get 2 drinks per person per night but they are small serves (much less than standard). Alcohol in Japan is generally cheap so don’t let that be the thing that makes you pick this hotel. The room we got is decent sized but it wasn’t cheap, it comes with a Dyson hair dryer. The chairs in the room have stains, the curtain is a bit ripped. The TV is an old one with no smart TV or media options so you can only watch Japanese broadcast television. We’ve stayed at a few places in Tokyo and rest of Japan and this one is below par.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Tokyo, and we’re so glad we chose it.What really stood out to us was the hotel’s attention to detail. The lounge area offered complimentary snacks and both cold and hot drinks, which was a nice perk. The staff were also amazing, always going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference.Overall, we gave the hotel 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

This hotel felt like a scam. Don’t know who’s given this hotel 5* reviews. It’s definitely not 4.6*The location is alright, but only two stars from me as it’s positioned between busy highway and train/metro tracks. The lobby is like a lobby of a 2* hotel with signs “no food, no beverages in this area”. The luggage is stored next to the check-in desk. The check-in girl told us that we had been upgraded, which wasn’t the case whatsoever. We got room 305, with windows literally looking out onto a 4-lane highway! I mean, it is on the same level as the highway. Not looking from above, no, no, no. Like when you open the curtains, car drivers and passengers stare at you while they are waiting in traffic. Not sure what they upgraded there, maybe we were initially meant to sleep in the basement who knows. But we were super tired and jet-lagged, so we decided not to kick off.But honestly for the price of £150 a night the room and is definitely not worth it.Don’t trust positive reviews, save your pennies and stay at Viainn or Daiwa Roynet or The Royal Parks
