Currently staying here and just had a terrible experience with your trainee and the laundry room. We were waiting for our load to be done drying when we go to the laundry room we saw another person loading the washer/dryer we had been using and he informed us that our stuff had been moved out. We literally got there 1 min after our load was done. And when we asked the employee for our clothes, they were still wet. I asked your trainee why was it removed if it was wet when we needed another 30 min to dry and she said that she was trying to be nice to the other person. I asked her so what about us? You were not nice to us? Clearly the clothes are still wet. I asked her who removed the clothes and she said she did. I asked her and did you feel it? If not then feel this shirt. Does this feel dry to you? Would you wear this shirt? And she said no it’s still wet. And I said exactly.I still do not understand why our clothes were removed and we were completely screwed over by having wet clothes to wear tomorrow. Apparently the passcodes you submit when washing/drying are useless so beware of people fondling your clothes.Location is fine. Rooms are tiny. Will definitely never stay in any of their other locations .

Room a decent size for Tokyo. Very clean. Bed not so comfy, wasn't made for us, we just found the pillows had been put under the bed 🤷‍♀️ Breakfast selection quite limited. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Staff pleasant enough. Pretty decent option if you want to stay in Ginza.

We stayed at the b-ginza for 5 nights and we were really delighted we chose this hotel. It’s conveniently located to train, bus and taxi services. The main strip is 2-3 minutes walk from some of the most amazing shopping we’ve ever experienced There are some really good eateries a few minutes walk away from the hotel and behind the main strip. The facilities were great. Rooms can be small but for us not a deal breaker as the amenities are clean, very comfortable and functional. The staff at the b-ginza were fantastic. Happy to help and assist where they couldThank you for making our stay in Tokyo memorable

During my stay in Tokyo I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The facilities are new and with a very nice modern style decoration, I loved the bathroom, it has a hydromassage shower system, they remove the garbage daily and leave 2 bottles of water. The employees at the reception are very friendly. The location is the best since it is located in Ginza, one of the most beautiful areas of Tokyo and you can walk to the shopping centers, restaurants or simply enjoy a pleasant walk in the area. It is very easy to get around by taxi, Uber or train. Thank you The B Ginza our stay was very pleasant

I had difficulties with the reservation through the agency, despite the language difficulties (Spanish-Japanese) the service was very friendly and attentive. Very good location of the hotel at a distance of 5-60 minutes to any area of Tokyo. Located in one of the best areas for tourism in Tokyo and close to the main avenues of Tokyo. The hotel only sells breakfast, but there are several 7-Eleven and Family Market convenience stores nearby, as well as several restaurants. Its rooms are small, but comfortable and with acceptable bathrooms. But honestly if you're going to Tokyo, you're not going to spend much time at the hotel. I've traveled twice, and I would definitely go back for a third trip. ;))

We really enjoyed our stay at The B Ginza. We were there for the entire time we were in Tokyo, 10 days in total. The room was small but still a standard size. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it was simple and definitely enough for the price point. Close to the station, shopping and restaurants. Can be a little hard to find but once you see it you never forget. The shower is really fun, I do enjoy my baths but the shower did make up for it.We will definitely stay here again in the future.
