Stayed for a week for work. . The reviews said that there was a smell and that there were bugs in the bed, so I brought a refill and bug spray, but I didn't need to use it. It is odorless. . There were no insects. The room is a one-room apartment. It feels like I'm staying at a friend's house☺️The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, TV, air conditioner, and vacuum cleaner. The bath is a unit bath…bath towels and face towels for the number of nights you stay. .I usually take showers, so I don't care about the unit. .There is no daily room cleaning done by the staff. (Maybe it was an eco plan for consecutive nights) If you're concerned about the vacuum cleaner in the closet, do it yourself. . ☺️I worked the night shift, so I wasn't there from night until morning, and my bedtime was from morning until night, but I never had trouble sleeping because of the noise during the day. .Coin parking is available next to the front desk on the 1st floor. (4 cars? 5 cars?) No upper limit during the day. About 500 yen at night? Only 3 parking spaces are available for hotel guests. Advance reservations required. 1500 yen for 24 hours. There is also a coin parking lot about 30 meters from the hotel that can accommodate 4 cars. The maximum price there is 1,500 yen from 8:00 to 24:00 during the day. 500 yen from 24:00 to 8:00 a.m. Even if you are a little far away, there are coin parking lots ☝️Exit the hotel entrance and walk straight until you see Family Mart. Is the distance about 70 meters? The air conditioner in the room worked well. The front desk is open from 9am to 6pm. To check in after that time, enter the entrance, pass the shuttered front desk, and there is a telephone on the left side of the second entrance.Press 6 and a night shift staff member will come out and help you. .The rooms are not suitable for a commemorative family trip or a couple's date (old feeling?), but if you want to keep the price down...it's a great hotel for a business trip. .Both staff members were kind and polite.

After an hour in the room, I couldn't stand it anymore and left.First of all, it smells like an old building. Both inside the room and outside in the hallway. I turned on the ventilation fan, but it made a lot of noise, so I didn't think about leaving it on all the time. The room was as shown in the photo, and the lockers were similar to those in changing rooms. My stay was in August, and the air conditioner was on when I arrived, but it went off after about 10 minutes. It comes on again after a short wait, but then goes off again after about 10 minutes. Everything except the air conditioner itself was clogged with dirt.I probably should have told the front desk, but I felt uneasy about the front desk staff's response to only half opening the shutter at check-in so I could only see my hands, so I left. This is not recommended for those who are concerned about such an environment.

A hotel like a weekly apartment. Some of the floors and wallpaper have deteriorated, but it's not particularly filthy.I have no complaints about staying overnight on a business trip. It's close to the station, so it's convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping.Good location as there is a public bath nearby. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, tableware, etc., so it's great for long business trips.

It's more of a weekly apartment than a business hotel. Services are minimal, and it feels expensive when used during Golden Week. It's very close to Shin-Maruko Station and has the advantage of being able to shop for food until late. However, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a training camp, so those who value cleanliness should avoid it.

It's a one-minute walk from Shin-Maruko Station, but Shin-Maruko Station itself isn't very good... There aren't many food shops either! It's just a one-room apartment with a key attached to a hotel. Check-in is generally at 6:00 pm, cleaning is required after use, and the price starts from 10,000 yen per night. I'm not sure if I'll use it again.

I think it was probably a renovated studio apartment, but it's so dilapidated that it's laughable. I would have given up if it was around 3,000 yen at most, but no matter how cheap it is, I won't buy it again.Other comments are also helpful, but I couldn't use the pillow because it smelled so bad.

The floor of the room was dirty and it smelled very bad (like tsukudani), which transferred to my body, clothes, luggage, etc., so I decided that it was not a comfortable environment to stay in, so I checked out on the same day.

Convenient location, small and cheap rooms. The A/C and heater was dirty. The bed/sheets appeared clean (no smell or odor) however they had bed bugs. Woke up both mornings I stayed with several bed bug bites and had to go to the doctor. Would not recommend this place as it is not clean. This Flex Stay is not like the other hotels from the same company.
