Although the facility appears to be old, it was well maintained and clean. Above all, the sauna facilities were very good.

The location is very close to the station, only 5-6 minutes' walk away. However, there is a big gap between the quality and the experience I had when I checked in last year...When checking in, the counter told me that there would be an additional fee for the room price. The amount was not high but the experience was not good! In addition, when I checked in, I found that the carpet in the room was very dirty...the air conditioner was not very cold. When I opened the air-conditioning vent, I found that there was a lot of dust. For the sake of our sleep quality, we had to wash the filter ourselves. Later I discovered that the ventilation equipment in the bathroom was also extremely dusty. I really won’t stay here again next time

I also booked an 18 square meter room through Agoda. Before departure, I wanted to read the reviews, but I saw that two people had experience of being changed rooms on site, so I immediately called Agoda customer service to ask them to confirm the room type.In the end, Agoda customer service called the hotel to confirm that there would be no problem and that the room type was correct. Finally, we were able to stay in an 18-square-meter room on site. However, the floor under the bed was really dirty, but the rest was relatively clean. It is recommended that if you use Agoda to book a room, you must ask customer service to confirm the order and room type. Thank you to the two seniors for letting me do this.

Absolute good location with one convenient store downstair. However, the air-conditioner is old and noisy, and the corridor is lightless.

Due to my pregnancy, I requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived, I was told that a non-smoking room would cost more than 8,000 yen. She also insisted that I use Booking to book the room. However, I showed her on the spot that I only used Agoda to book the room. After arguing with us for a long time, she still refused. When changing rooms, it was stated that the actual size of the double bed was similar to that of a single bed. There was dust on the floor, and even the quilt had yellow stains. Except for the fact that the Skytree was visible from the room, the rest of the experience was very poor. Bath towels were not given to baskets for guests to throw away. , but ask the guest to take it to the door and throw it on the floor? It makes people feel that the whole hotel looks high-end but it doesn't pay attention to cleanliness. It's terrible! ! Such a room costs nearly NT$10,000 for three nights. Friends who want more comfort are advised to use this amount to stay in other hotels.

When we booked a non-smoking room, we were told that only smoking rooms were left. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. Except for the night view, the other facilities were very poor.

I booked an 18-square-meter double room with city view through AGODA from 9/15 to 9/20. The actual room type I was given was a single room with 13 square meters. I paid more than 1,000 yuan per night and could not get a refund. The humidifier attached to the room didn't work. Turn on the cleaning function. The bed must be blown away with dust mites using a hair dryer.
