It wasn't enough to give it 4 stars. There was a smell in the hotel roomI was informed that my colleague's room I was staying with had not been cleaned at all upon check-in.

This place is perfectly fine and better than their reviews and ratings would indicate. Based on prior reviews, I expected to have issues with it being dirty or too small, but everything turned out quite well. The staff were helpful and let me check in a bit early as the room was already ready. The bed (semidouble) was on the small side, but it was still big enough for two people. The location is great and central to attractions and restaurants. For the price, I'd say this hotel is a great option for a Tokyo trip on a budget. That being said, it is definitely not a four star hotel as Google lists it.

Nice, compact, cozy, small but not clustered, it worth the price, has an cabin washroom and bath 🛁 so convenient, it has a big 7 eleven nearby so its so easy to grab something and go. Overally i enjoyed my stay in that hotel , and i recommend it to others its also clean enough. You can extend your stay from 10 as a late check out to 12 am only with 1000¥ .

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful! They helped me find stores that sold things I suddenly needed, coin lockers that were convenient for my travels, and even printed out maps for me. They also called the other party to confirm. Thanks to all of you, we had a very safe and comfortable trip. I would like to stay again. Thank you, Sakuta-san!

I was worried because I saw reviews on various travel sites saying that the cleaning was poor, but as far as I could see, there were no problems.I think the other opinion that I saw saying "I want disposable slippers" was based on concerns about cleanliness, but since I can't see any small dirt on the floor, I want clean slippers that I can rely on.[Good points] Good price for location. Convenience store is also nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants. Pajamas are my favorite. I liked that it was a tight-fitting dress that didn't feel constricting. There is a microwave in the room.[Bad points] Almost no place to put luggage (carry case available), full-length mirror in awkward position, check-in troublesome
