Feel the atmosphere of the forest in the middle of the city. It is recommended that managers trim the trees that cover the place name signs, so that it is easier to reach the location.

Beautiful and magical place! The huts are each unique in their design, which add to the charm of the place. Bathroom could do with some maintenance and we couldn't lock the hut, but this isn't the kind of place where you woukd have to fear for your stuff. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and especially attentive and entertaining with our 10 year old son. They do love their games here, so chess, domino, cards, badminton is constantly on the go.The food and drinks menu is very basic but serves the essential needs and breakfast is included in the stay.If you want to stay a little outside the town centre, this is a lovely place!Across the road are the rice paddies you can explore during a stroll.

Toilet is quite dirty and even a bit smelly.Bed not so clean. There's only 1 mirror and its in the bathroom, need to do makeup and skincare in the bathroom with less lighting.Table provided in the room also too small. And worst is the water flow is very bad, the water pressure of the shower is already slow but the bathroom already became a 'pool' while showering (the sink also got clogged).Breakfast only got 1 menu which is nasi goreng. Should at least provide bread/cereal/biscuits as other option.Scenery and ambient is nice but not worth it. Sorry πŸ™

A haven of peace close to the city, where it is easy to get to with a grab for around 20,000IDR.The garden is very pleasant, we spent the afternoon playing badminton on the court below with the locals, who actually gave us a good beating! πŸ˜‚The accommodations with the typical architecture of the area are magnificent and the staff are very friendly!

Location was great a little out of Bukit Tinggi town in the valley yet walkable if you like a more nature vibe, garden was immaculately maintained and beautiful. We were also allowed to pick the passion fruit that dropped in their garden. Room was ok for us, floor carpeted, no mosquito net, and bathroom had hot water (if you need). A balcony for you to hangout which we did with their cats but bring mosquito coil for the evening. Price of room includes basic breakfast. Unfortunately, their menu for lunch / dinner was quite limited and while there were BBQ options, they seem to be for larger groups (3-4 ppl), so we mostly ate or bought dinner elsewhere. For light sleepers, note that you will still hear mosque prayers and occasionally engine noises from the main road but this seems to be quite common here. What stood out here is the service of staff who tries very hard to accommodate all your requests.1. We asked for a standing fan because there were none in the room.2. We asked for an extension plug as there was only one electric socket, which was useful to plug in the fan, our electric mosquito repellent since there was no mosquito net, and charging of devices.3. We asked to borrow a lighter to light our mosquito coil for the evening.4. We requested for spotlights in the garden near to us switched off at night so that not so much light shined into the room.5. We requested to borrow plates and utensils since it was Ramadan and we had to bring back takeaway food for dinner. It was all very promptly fulfilled.Big plus the friendly service and the stunning garden!I would stay there again.

The location and garden are lovely, but it wasn’t the stay we expected. We paid quite a lot, so maybe that’s why we were a little disappointed. The little house itself looked very cute, but the inside was kinda weird and unpractical. You could smell the mold and there was no sink in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable though! Food in the restaurant was horrible. Firstly there’s only a very few options (everything is β€˜finish’ even the iced tea..) Pancake for breakfast was thick and raw and mie goreng was also raw and cold.. staff was friendly and at least tried their best.

For healing, it's appropriate to come here. I stayed there for 2 nights. I got there at 3pm and it was raining, I didn't have time to walk there in the afternoon. At night hanging out near the cafe, drinking hot tea (it was so delicious, until I asked what kind of tea to use) πŸ˜‚ even though he said to use only 3 in 1. Tomorrow morning before going to Jam Gadang, eat breakfast first and walk around the homestay area to breathe fresh air. It's really the best there. No need for a fan or air conditioner, it's cool. His atmosphere is very natural. It is very calm. The second night, I sat in the cafe again and ordered tea again πŸ˜‚ it's still the same delicious. And then the workers there (brothers too) started chatting. Chat has chat, it's the best. People's service is tiptop, you can tell. Tomorrow morning before checkout, a staff member took us for a walk around the area, there is an area near the Padi Ecolodge area. Just a little way down there is a river. What is his name? Sianok canyon kot haa. Indeed, if there is sustenance to go there, I really want to stay here again. πŸ’―

Thank you to the owner for upgrading our room. The atmosphere of the room and the environment are really good. Especially if it's raining. Families can play downstairs because there is a large field. There are lots of swings too. There are also lots of photo spots. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries.
