There is only a small square space once you enter the room for two people. It is difficult to open the suitcase. If you want to open the toilet door, only one person can stand and it is almost impossible to move around. The luggage storage space underneath is very small, and a 30-inch luggage cannot fit there.People who are concerned about space should consider that there will be a strange smell when the air conditioner is blown halfway, but it will dissipate.Hotel staff service is very goodThe room will not be tidied every day, but garbage will be collected and towels will be changed every day.

We appreciated the hotel location and that they received our luggage which we forwarded from Kyoto. But this was the worst room we stayed out of about 8 hotels that we booked for our trip. And the second most expensive too!Granted the rooms in Tokyo are small but the room layout just makes it worse! The walkable area in our standard double room was just about 0.9x1.3 meters - from the door to the edge of bathroom wall. The bed size is fine but it was placed on this ledge in an attempt to provide luggage storage underneath. And this ledge is wider than the bed blocking what could have been some extra walking space. Then this luggage storage can only fit one medium/large suitcase closed anyway! All our other bags had to take up our small corridor. When I needed to open a suitcase I have to do it by the door which was the only space wide enough to have one bag open. So if one of us had a bag open, the other cannot enter or exit. What a disaster of interior design. The room had a musty smell too especially after just turning on the air conditioning. You can also hear people talking in the hallway.Stayed 2 nights across the street at another chain and got a functional room for nearly half the price. If you are thinking of booking for the roof terrace I suggest you find a nearby restaurant with the same view instead. To end on a more positive note - the staff were nice.

Room is Tokyo sized so no complaints about the amenities and size. Hotel is few minutes walk from Asakusa Station A2B exit which is super. Hot water and seating area available in the lobby. Front desk did not allow overnight luggage storage anymore though Expedia advertised otherwise. So avoid this hotel and pick another in Asakusa if you want to travel light outside Tokyo.

Room is functional, clean, roof terrace is great, nice view, well maintained, location to the next subway station is ideal. Breakfast is not good - just don't book it, eat it out!
