Convenient location, within walking distance to Shinjuku business districtThe environment is clean and it’s very convenient to open a restaurant👍🏻The key point is that the service staff can communicate in Chinese, and any questions will be answered quickly, which is very reassuring!

I have traveled to Japan dozens of times and this is the first time I stayed at a B&B run by Taiwanese folks. I stayed for three days and the room layout was pretty good. It was advertised that you could cook by yourself, but the cooking utensils were really rudimentary and you had to clean the utensils and pots. There were no dishes, and there was only a small soup pot and a small frying pan. How do you cook this? What’s even more outrageous is that no bath towels were provided. When I reported it to the management, the answer was that I can’t stay with a promotional accommodation voucher. Personal items such as towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided. I wonder if towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. Is this acceptable to me personally? But would anyone take a bulky item like a bath towel when traveling? And after checking the instructions for using the accommodation voucher It didn't specifically state that bath towels were not provided, which really made me a little disappointed. The following is a reply to the owner (according to the owner, I still have something to say: After checking the accommodation vouchers sold by this company at the travel fair, Article 18 of the instructions for super-sale accommodation vouchers states that spare towels are not provided. I would like to ask Are spare towels equal to bath towels? In short, I personally think that the company's handling method is not based on serving travelers. Do some people take baths without bath towels? And unless traveling by car in Taiwan, would anyone take such a large bath towel with them? In fact, when guests check out, the company does not check whether all the necessary items are complete when cleaning the room. How can they not know whether there are vegetables or not? The pots and pans are just small ones. It would be more convenient if the company checks in by itself. Is this my sincere response? They are running the business, and whether they can improve it or not depends on the company’s perception.)

After reading the Google reviews, I booked a room in Nishi-Shinjuku with high expectations. I booked the room in May and stayed in August. I thought it would be cheaper to book early, but it didn’t! The July promotion was nearly 5,000 yuan cheaper, which is really sad! When I was about to check in, I discovered that I couldn’t store my luggage in West Shinjuku, so I had to go to East Shinjuku to store my luggage. This was really inconvenient! There is a self-service check-in and there is no service counter. You have to communicate with the service staff. When you open the door and enter the room, you find that the room has not been cleaned at all and is full of garbage. Although someone was sent to deal with it urgently, the staff who came was super indifferent and did not say a word. Just left! There are obvious loopholes in the management, this is an unpleasant stay experience!

A decent place to stay which is relatively near the metro. There’s also convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. The furniture and fittings are basic (ie not luxury).

Very close to Nishi-Shinjuku Station, in an alley, not noisy. The room is not small and the security is high. Clean and complete. There is a convenience store, which is very convenient for eating 24 hours a day. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the alley where you can buy fruits and food. There is a washing machine for washing clothes. It’s really a home abroadThe one star missing is because the elevator directions at Exit 1 of Nishi-Shinjuku Station are not detailed enough. Please add more information and I will give you five stars next time.

The room is spacious, unlike many hotels in Tokyo which are super cramped. The room is fully equipped, including a washing machine, pots and pans, and even dishwashing liquid and washing powder. I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.
