I stayed here for 2 nights. It's close to the station, so I was able to enjoy plenty of Korean food for two days. The location is very good, but the building is very old. The entrance is a staircase up to the front desk. The room was pitch black even with the lights on, so I had trouble seeing when I was putting on makeup. Water was leaking from the faucet in the bathroom shower, so even when it was fully opened, there was only a small amount of water. I had trouble adjusting the temperature. I don't think it would be a good idea to sell a room like this. If you're going to charge a fee, just fix the faucet. The wallpaper, air conditioner, bed sheets, etc. were very clean. Reusable slippers are disgusting. There is a business supermarket downstairs and a Don Quijote next to it, so you can hear the sound of carts making deliveries from early in the morning. I couldn't hear any noise from the room next door. There is an outlet near the back of the phone. USB not available. Two towels.

The hotel is older and has older equipment, but the overall condition is good and the rooms are clean and perfect. The most important surroundings are food and DONKI. It’s close to the station and very convenient for daily life.

The location is great, a 3-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station, and everyone at the counter speaks Korean well. Above all, the rooms are spacious and clean compared to the price. The facility itself looked a bit old, but there were no inconveniences. It seems like a good value for money if you're alone or with two people.

I stayed there as a woman alone. The location is very convenient as it is close to Shin-Okubo and Okubo, and Kabukicho is also within walking distance.There are many Korean restaurants, Donki, and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have any problems.As mentioned in the reviews, it was in front of the station so there was some noise even at night, but it's not a problem if you just want to sleep.The room is old and the unit bath is like an apartment, but it is kept clean.I want to sightsee in Shin-Okubo and I want to go to Shinjuku too! Recommended for those who value location more than beauty.With the Shinkansen hotel package, I was able to stay at a price comparable to a luxury capsule hotel.The man at the reception was also very polite and soft-spoken.
