The first floor of a Hanare-like building of a Yamato House hotel built on the site of a kindergarten. The entrance does not face a major street, and it seems that it is only installed as a service for hotel guests. As a result, the selection of products for hotel guests is a little different from that of a regular convenience store. (just a little)Also, there is an entrance from the hotel, so it's convenient for hotel guests (you can do some shopping without getting wet in the rain or being affected by the outside temperature).

A person with long hair was reading the same product twice by mistake.I showed the receipt to another store employee and received a refund in a polite manner ☆3I thought the person with long hair was a veteran, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like that.

I use it all the time. I have always been treated well by the store manager, but a young man with parted hair didn't even ask me if I wanted to put the product in a bag, and he gave me the product as if I was treating him like a germ. I don't think I'm suited for the hospitality industry.

When I asked a long-haired male staff member inside the store to ask for instructions on how to issue a certificate using my number card, he responded in a very grumpy way, saying, ``Call and ask yourself! Look, there's a number on the machine.'' It was an unpleasant experience. I would like regional managers to put more effort into employee training and service quality.

Even though it's a relatively new store, the floor is very dirty. The area around the hot water pot is also very dirty, making it very uncomfortable to use.
