Probably my favorite hotel in Tokyo. Right next to the train station and in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but it is what to be expected in Japan. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk also speaks English. And when it says the hotel is dog friendly, it definitely means it. You will be greeted by many many dogs here. The only downside I had was that the elevators are very small and during checkout time, it can be impossible to get on one. I had to wait 20 minutes before an elevator arrived that was not packed full. There are no stairs to use either

Our stay at ICI Asakusabashi has just been lovely! Our room was very comfortable - it's been such a pleasure, taking a warm soak in a tub after a long day of walking, and getting restful sleep in a comfy bed at night. A view of the Tokyo Skytree from our room on the 13th floor was such a pleasant surprise. The staff is very warm and helpful, and seeing sweet dogs in the lobby cafe made our days! The location is super convenient and well-connected, with the subway and lots of good restaurants just a short walk away. We hope to come stay here again very soon! ❤️

Excellent hotel with a perfect location when you're traveling to Japan (Tokyo). The location is close to Asakusabashi train station (most important when in Japan) and the locality is great with multiple local izikaya options around open till late.7 x 11 and multiple grocery stores are nearby within 200-300 mtrs. They have an excellent English speaking staff and are also very helpful and responsive. They are Yamato Transport enabled means you don't need to carry your luggage when traveling to multiple cities in Japan. Just shop your luggage from the hotel to your next destination and shall reach you the next day. Convenient and not too costly as well.I would have easily given 1 more star for that itself.Regarding rooms- we took middle size rooms with twin beds where we could easily accommodate our luggage and access them. The toilet is compact size but effective with Toto smart toilet and bathtub/shower.P.S- the hotel sizes are compact across Japan.

We went to ICI on the recommendation of a friend and we didn't disappoint! The staff speak several languages and we had no problems communicating in English or Japanese.Breakfast is purchased separately, but it only cost ¥1500 per person. We got a double twin room with separate beds, but each bed was a double bed (which gave us plenty of space to sleep comfortably)The hotel has laundry facilities and some teas and toiletries are available in front of the elevator for convenience. The place is truly pet friendly. The attendants treat the animals very well. There is a photo spot for the pets, a chair below the tables to accommodate them, as well as mats, snacks and an inuccino for them :)The hotel is close to the Asakusabashi subway (2 minutes from the station). There is a Konbini (7-Eleven) a corner away from the hotel and there is a market that stays open until midnight.Excellent hotel, we will definitely return!
