We got a 2 single bed room and it was nice. Considering the size of Japan's hotel rooms, it was spacious. The first room we got had some sort of smell that came from the bathroom and we couldn't sleep, also felt that it wasn't cleaned well. So, we asked for a different room and they allowed us to change. The second room was good. The staff are nice and friendly. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast service but they have a nice coffee shop on the second floor. There's 7/11 on the first floor and it is 7 min walk from the Tokyo station and 1 min to the subway station.

A cozy hotel, positioned very close to Tokyo Station and Ginza district, Super clean and efficient. Only negative is the small room size, which is so typical of Tokyo and major Japanese cities. …

Booked the Superior Twin Room for 3 adults, it was very squeezy. When a 26 inch luggage and a 20 inch luggage was opened up, we almost had no more space to move around.Hotel was very convenient and accessible. It’s about 6 minutes walk to Tokyo station and 2 minutes walk to Kyobashi station. Also about 15 minutes walk to Ginza.Hotel was clean and neat. I like that the toilet has the dry and wet area separated by a glass swing door. They have all the necessities needed in the room. Would be a perfect room for 2 pax.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a double bed room.Location-wise, it's right on top of the Kyobashi station and within walking distance to Tokyo Station. There are also quite a number of shopping and eating places nearby with a 7-11 and a cafe within this building. As such, this is a very convenient hotel to stay at but one which shouldn't bust your budget despite its prime location. In terms of room size, it's slightly bigger than the norm although the walkway is a tad narrow. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious and even comes with an overhead rain shower. Do note that lift access is somewhat slow especially during peak hours even though there are 3 lifts here. The lift would always stop at level 3 which is the lobby level, regardless of which floor you are going to.Service was prompt and attentive. Since this is a very popular hotel, you would most likely not be able to check in ahead of the regular timing but you can still deposit your luggage with them and return later in the day for the check-in. You can also get free supplies like bath salts at the shelf beside the front desk.

Rooms were great. Everything you need, well laid out and everything you needed. Larger than your average for Tokyo too.Staff are nice but they are always this way in Japan!Location really good too, close to Tokyo station and right above the underground too. Weekend the area is very quiet, to me this a good thing. Business district, which is also good to see.Overall good price good hotel

Great location and value for the services. Staffs were all very professional and friendly and the room was better than other hotels I have stayed during my trip in Japan. Near Tokyo station but it's quiet and had no issues while staying. Definitely recommend.

Very convenient location a few blocks from Tokyo Station. 7-11 on the 1st floor for food/snacks. Lobby on the second floor is spacious. Smoking room available but didn’t get to try. Rooms were spacious enough. Clean bathroom. Shower and even soaking tub. Very accommodating staff.

It's a very clean hotel with a simple restaurant. Fancy neighborhood. Cleaning on demand. Very close to the metro and main train station. The staff is very friendly even in the middle of the night. SOME of the staff speak English. Thank God for Google translate. Sometimes friendliness is making up for imperfections. Highly recommend.

I really can't believe I'm giving this place 2 stars but I can't really rate it higher after my experience hereGood:-rooms are super clean-location is great, right next to Kyobashi and Tokyo station and walking distance from Ginza shoppingBad:-rooms are extremely small. Not even enough room for my wife and I to comfortably lay out 2 bags of clothes-the staff is very unhelpful, bordering on being rude. I feel a little bad saying this because I think part of it has to do with the language barrier, and I certainly don't expect them to speak fluent English. However whenever I try and communicate with them using my translator app, they don't bother trying to use it and they insist on speaking to me in their limited English with very short and unhelpful answers. So I can't tell if it's the staff being rude or what...-I left my clothes in the hotel washing machine (that I paid to use btw) for less than an hour between cycles and apparently another guest wanted to use the machine so the staff's response was to REMOVE MY STILL WET CLOTHES from the machine and keep them wet and gross in a bin for us in the office until we asked for it backOverall not a great experience for the cost of this "luxury" hotel, I would stay elsewhere if I come back to Tokyo again

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is very spacious, especially the shower which has hot water quickly. There is plenty of English instruction to make using all of the features and front desk interaction a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. There's a 7-Eleven at the ground level that is unbelievably handy! Get the half tuna, half egg salad sandwich and tell them Beckie sent you 😉
